Dear Expectant Mother,
We thank you for taking the time to view our profile. We are very appreciative of you and for making the choice to help others grow their families.
If chosen, we can assure you that this child will be loved. We have a very supportive network of family and friends, so this child will grow up around people that will love and cherish them. We are committed to providing a stable and loving home for your child. We will speak highly of you and the sacrifice you have made. Trying to start a family has been a very long and difficult journey for us and we have been through various medical procedures. While this has been difficult for us, we understand that this is also difficult for you. In addition, we are here to support you during the pregnancy.
We are confident that the time is right for us to bring a child into our home, given the opportunity. We know you have a lot of families to choose from, and we are sure all of those families are very deserving. We look forward to the opportunity to speak with you.
Thank you for giving us the chance of becoming parents.
We have been married for almost 6 years and have a loving, playful, and committed relationship with each other. Alex is a Contractor while Mabel is a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Alex loves fixing things around the house, restoring old cars, and cooking. Mabel loves running, singing, dancing, baking, reading, and writing.
Together, we enjoy going to the movies, traveling, eating out, cooking together at home, going to church on Sundays, spending time with family and friends, and hanging out with our dogs.
We live in a two-story, four-bedroom home with two and half baths and a large fenced-in backyard. We have a game room where we play pool and ping pong. We live on a cul-de-sac in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. Children are always playing in the cul-de-sac. Alex and Mabel have two dogs who are very friendly and loving.
Our Extended Family
We both come from close-knit families and are always in constant contact with both sides of the family. Alex’s parents live locally. Their home has a pool, which is a prime summer cook-out location for the family. Typically, we spend special occasions and holidays together, including thanksgiving and Christmas. Christmas day celebration is usually hosted by Alex and Mabel in their home. There is usually a lot of fun and laughter when family gathers together. Alex has one sister and two nephews. Both nephews have stayed with us during summer holidays and we sometimes take them on summer vacations with us. Unfortunately, Mabel’s parents are both deceased but she has two sisters and two brothers, who live out of town. They visit each other frequently during the holidays. Because Mabel’s family lives further away, it makes their visits even more special. Mabel also has a very close friend she considers family who lives only a few short blocks from us.
What Led Us To Adoption
After several surgeries and infertility treatments, unfortunately we have been unsuccessful having our own children. Together, we decided that adoption is our best choice at becoming parents. Mabel volunteers at church with the children’s ministry and this has fueled her passion to raise children. Adoption to us, and both our families, would be very exciting and rewarding. It will bring us a lot of joy.
