Words cannot express how grateful we are in being given the opportunity to raise a child. We know you will probably have read many profiles, and they probably do not answer all the questions you may have. We hope that over time everything you need to know to make this courageous decision comes to you, and that this will give you the comfort you need to know that your little one is well taken care of. We both want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for considering us and helping us achieve this dream.
We both have had the dream of becoming fathers for a very long time now. Together we have paved a path in our lives to allow us to be able to bring a child into our lives and always have him or her surrounded by love, faith, compassion, family, laughter and fun, as well as guiding your child to become the person he or she wishes to be over time.
Again, thank you for your selfless act and for considering us on this very courageous journey you are going through. Know that whatever decision you make we are forever thankful or taking the time to get to know us and who we are a little better.
We both were born and raised in EL Paso, Texas. One of the top 5 safest cities in the nation. It is also one of the top cities to raise a family. Charlie moved away after high school, but returned to be closer to family and is now an Assistant General Manager for a hotel chain here in the city. Danny has stayed closer to home over the years and has been in Retail Management now for over 10 years. We were introduced to each other six years ago by a mutual friend and have been together ever since.
Together we enjoy spending as much time with our family either camping, taking spontaneous trips, or just relaxing and grilling in the back yard with our other family of pets.
We live in a two story 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home located on a cute little cul-de-sac in a great family friendly neighborhood. We live right up the street from great schools and very close to outdoor activities throughout the city, including a beautiful park just a couple of blocks away from our home. We are pet lovers, and share our house with our little fur babies which include our pug Oliver, our dachshund Buster and our cat Frisky.
Our Extended Family
We are both extremely close to our families and are very fortunate to have them live in the same city and within a short drive from one another. Both of our families are completely supportive and the most loving people we know. We have loved seeing both our families grow over the years and have seen our parents become grandparents and great-grandparents (We have a lot of little cousins now).
Some of the things we enjoy as a family is horseback riding, taking camping trips into New Mexico, cook outs, arts and crafts with the children in the family. Holidays are always an event with us. There is never a holiday that we do not get together. Our big ones are definitely Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas.
What Led Us To Adoption
Having children has been something we have always discussed from the very beginning. After seeing our extended family grow over the years the thought of us having a child of our own just got stronger over time. After looking through all of our options we decided that adoption was the best choice for us to start our little family.
