Dear Expectant Mother,
Words cannot express how grateful we are in being given the opportunity to raise your child. We hope that, over time, everything you need to know to make this courageous decision comes to you, and we hope this letter will give you the comfort you need to know that your little one is well taken care of. We both want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for considering us as parents and helping us achieve this dream.
We have both had the dream to become fathers for a very long time now. Together, we have paved a path in our lives to allow us to bring a child into our lives and surround him or her with love, faith, compassion, family, laughter, and fun, as well as guiding them to become the person he or she wishes to be over time.
Again, thank you for your selfless act and for considering us on this very courageous journey you are taking. Know that whatever decision you make, we are forever thankful for you taking the time to get to know us and learn who we are a little better.
We met in 2011 thanks to a mutual friend, and we instantly felt an attraction for each other. We married in 2017 after dating for seven years, and since then we have been eager to start growing our family. Charles works as a manager for a hotel chain, and during his free time he loves photography and anything dealing with nature, space, cooking, and helping others. Danny has been a business manager for over 10 years now, and he absolutely loves children; in his spare time, he loves to spend as much time as possible with friends and family, and he enjoys being outdoors. We both come from very large, loving families who are extremely excited for this journey.
We live in a two-story home with three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, located on a cute little cul-de-sac in a great family-friendly neighborhood. We live right up the street from the local schools and very close to outdoor activities throughout the city, including a beautiful park just a couple of blocks away. We are pet-lovers, and we share our house with our little fur babies: our pug, Oliver; our dachshund, Buster; and our cat, Frisky.
Our Extended Family
We are both extremely close to our families and are very fortunate to have them live in the same city and within a short drive from one another. Both of our families are completely supportive of our relationship and the decision to adopt, and they are the most loving people we know. We have loved seeing both of our families grow over the years, with our siblings gaining children of their own, and seeing our parents become grandparents and great-grandparents has given us so much joy and confirmation that they will love our future child with all of their hearts.
We spend lots of time together, and the most popular activities include camping trips to New Mexico, cookouts, and arts and crafts with the children. Holidays are always an event with us, and the favorites are definitely Easter, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. We simply love getting together to celebrate each other with good food and, of course, lots of laughs and love.
What Led Us To Adoption
From the very beginning of our relationship, we have discussed having children. After seeing our extended family grow over the years, the thought of us having a child of our own kept getting stronger. We decided adoption was the best option to start our family for the means it gives us to grow our family in a multitude of ways, and we are so excited to welcome a new bundle of joy into our homes to brighten our lives.
