David works as a Banquet Manager for Golf Club events. He grew up and attended college in Northern Illinois. In his free-time he enjoys hiking, traveling, watching documentaries and jogging. Alan works in marketing. His family is Italian, but he was born and raised in Brazil. Alan has lived in 4 different continents. He is passionate about languages, teaching, music, theater and drawing. We enjoy attending street fairs and festivals. We love going to see movies, and spending time with our friends and family. We really try to make every day special together.
We live in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood surrounded by tall trees, protected green lands and hiking trails. Our home is cozy, warm, and full of music, fun and laughter. We share our home with our rescue dog, Oscar. He is the most playful dog we have ever seen. Our pet is full of energy and curiosity.
Our Extended Family
David has a large, close-knit family. He has four brothers, many nieces and nephews, and very loving supportive parents, and grandparents. Alan, has a large extended family as well. Although Alan’s family lives abroad, we all make sure to stay in-touch via video-chat and lots of visits. Holidays are always a time for us to spend quality time with our families to reconnect.
What Led Us To Adoption
We both were determined to have a family even before we met. When we became a couple, we knew that having a family was very important for our life together. Adoption was always the right choice for the both of us. We look forward to sharing our diverse cultures and traditions.
