Dear Expectant Mother,
Honestly, we don't know what to say. We don't know how to say it. How do you thank someone so selfless? How do we express how brave you are?
All we can say is,
Your baby will have love. Not only from us, but from you.
Your baby will know who they are and where they came from.
Your baby will know the sacrifice you have made.
When reflecting on the past 13 years that we have been together, we now know this is the right time to provide a loving, caring, and supportive home for your child.
We have an excited and loving family waiting to share all they have to offer to your baby. Your baby will be supported and guided through life.
The only thing we can say to you is, Thank You! Thank you for giving life not only to your baby, but possibly to a family.
Frank and Cesar met in September of 2005. Over Dinner, one night in October Frank handed Cesar a "Little Black Box". Cesar said YES! Before he even knew the question.
We got married July 10, 2013 in a small civil ceremony. Cesar was born in New York City and enjoys jet skies and beach activities. Frank was born in Long Island, NY and enjoys theatre and cooking. Together, we love to travel, visit museums, entertain family and friends and learn new things. Professionally, Cesar is a Bank Manager and Frank is a Bank Auditor.
We live on the outskirts of a very progressive and inclusive city, Seattle, WA. We are close enough to enjoy the culture that Seattle offers, but far enough to have the quiet of a small town.
Our community is made up primarily of working professionals with young children. We have a Chihuahua (Ms. Nina Garcia) that believes she is just one of the kids as she suns herself by the window.
Our Extended Family
Cesar grew up in New York City with his Mother and Sister. After 18 years in New York City, he decided it was time to thaw out in sunny Florida. His family quickly followed him down. We both head down their once a year to spend time with both of them and Cesar’s nephews and parents.
Frank grew up Lindenhurst, New York with his mother, father, and grandmother. As an only child he made some very close friends that became his family. We visit Frank’s parents in Palm Springs often.
Frank and Cesar head for Halloween Horror Nights in Universal Studios Florida or Los Angeles every October. This has been a 12 year tradition for us.
Every year for Christmas Frank and Cesar, along with a few of their closest friends head to Palm Springs to celebrate the holiday. Christmas Eve they all join in on our family tradition of an evening of All Seafood. As well, every April Frank, Cesar, and our two closest friends head on a 2-week vacation to immerse ourselves in another culture.
What Led Us To Adoption
When we married, we started to look into growing our family. Both of us come from large extended families and have the desire to add to the joys that we have been able to be a part of with our nieces and nephews such as going on family vacations, school plays, sports, music, and theater events.
By being a part of these moments, it has solidified our decision that being a parent is something we want more than anything.
