We have never written a letter for someone we have not yet met, but, at the same time, feel so connected to.
First, we thank you for so many things: for doing what you think is best for your child, for considering the limitless possibilities available to your child, and for taking the time to take a glimpse into our life. Sometimes being selfless seems like a lost art, but your choice clearly shows that you are acting out of pure generosity and love, and for this we thank you.
Together, we have built a happy home that is full of love, support and encouragement. Now, our deepest wish is to welcome your child into this loving home. We have always known that one day we would be grateful for the opportunity to become fathers. We are beyond thankful for the possibility of being considered your child’s adoptive parents. Through all of the emotions you are going through, please know that you have our sincere support. We truly believe the no journey should be walked alone, and this is no exception. We are in this together.
Thank you again for your selfless and courageous decision to do what you feel is best for your child. We would be grateful for the opportunity to be your child’s adoptive parents, and to provide a home where they will grow up beloved, cherished and becoming the very best that they can be.
In January of 2011, Jordan relocated to New York City to begin his career. Shortly after landing in NYC, he met John, and they have been together ever since. John is a driven individual who strives to make all of his dreams and goals a reality. His focused plans and precise execution have helped grow his career in a short time. Jordan’s passion for people and seeing others succeed has helped lay the foundation for many leadership positions throughout the hospitality industry. Together, Jordan and John truly understand the value of caring for others, and this passion transitions outside of our careers into their family and friends. When not working, Jordan and John enjoy spending time outdoors with their two dogs, spending quality time with friends and family, and exploring the world around them.
We have lived in New York, New Jersey, and Utah. We built our five-bedroom home and have finished it with many details that are characteristic of both of us. Our large yard is perfect for our two dogs to run and play. We are located in a quaint small town, with exceptional mountain views. A short drive gives us and any who visit access to the best skiing in the country, a city full of culture, and an array of outdoor activities that all will enjoy.
Our Extended Family
John is from a large Italian family that puts family above all else. This was no exception when Jordan joined, and all warmly welcomes him with open arms. John has two siblings, 15 first cousins, and an amazing niece and nephew. There is no holiday that passes without us FaceTime-ing those who are missing.
Jordan is from a smaller family, but they are just as close, residing in a small town in Michigan.
What Led Us To Adoption
Adoption takes something special, something that can only be felt from the inside. We both know we have that. Growing our relationship over the past eight years has helped us both realize that growing our family is what we both want. John’s family has opened their hearts to adoption and they have expressed their lives would not be the same without this. We’re looking forward to following their path and welcoming your child into our family.
