Dear Expectant Mother,
We know that this is one of the most important decisions you will ever make. We can only imagine the emotions you must be feeling, but please know that we admire your courage in considering adoption for your child.
Given the opportunity, we want you to know that we will love and care for your child like no other. We hope our profile gives you a glimpse of the boundless love and adoration your child will receive from us as parents, as well as from a diverse group of many friends, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, and other extended family members.
With the responsibility that you entrust to us, we promise to raise your child in a home of endless love and care.
Our journey as best friends and soul mates began together in 2008. Three years later, we joined our lives both spiritually and legally by marriage. In 2017 we finalized the adoption of our newborn son. We enjoy traveling and spending time with our large extended families. Most evenings you will find us watching a movie at home, walking our son to the neighborhood park, and sitting down to a dinner as a family. Many would describe our family as fun-loving and faithful. Our daily life includes a diverse group of friends and a loving and close-knit extended family.
Our ranch-style home is in a suburb of a major city. It is in a neighborhood within walking distance to some of the highest-rated schools in the state. Our home is about 2,300 square feet, with four bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. Our backyard includes an in-ground pool and a grassy area. We live less than a block from a local park with baseball and football fields, walking trails, a playground, and a recreation center. Our family not only includes the three of us, but also our two loyal dogs, Sophie and Scooter.
Our Extended Family
Our world revolves around our family and friends. All of our immediate family resides within 60 miles of us, which provides ample opportunities to see each other on a frequent basis. The extended family includes a large group of aunts, uncles, cousins, and second cousins. We see everyone regularly on birthdays, holidays, and various get-togethers. In addition, we have a diverse group of friends that we consider part of our family.
What Led Us To Adoption
We have always felt led to raising a family. We both have a deep love for children, regardless of their age. The day we finalized the adoption of our son, Ian, was the most rewarding day of our lives. It is our hope for him to have a sibling to grow up with. We have an enormous amount of love to share with your child.
