We can’t begin to thank you enough for being so strong and for considering creating an adoption plan for your precious child. We know this is very difficult and emotional decision. It means so much to us as we hope for the opportunity to love and care for a child every day of his or her life.
Our whole family sees adoption as an amazing gift. It would be an immense blessing, if you choose us, to raise your baby in a very loving, joyful, and safe home. We know adoption is meant to be for us. If you choose us, there will never be a day that your child isn’t treated like our very own in every way possible. We will forever be grateful to you for giving us the ability to be parents again and to grow our wonderful family. If you choose us, we will give your baby unconditional love.
We are soulmates and our lives and family fit together perfectly. Kyle is a very fun, loving, outgoing, and wonderful father and husband. He is able to find humor in most any situation. Cheryl is a kind-hearted, hard-working, nurturing, detail-oriented, and loving mother and wife. We are very devoted to our family and children. We work hard to provide for them. We love the outdoors and taking our kids and dogs for a walk around the lake. Kyle has been a machinist for 13 years and loves what he does. Cheryl has been in administration for 20 years and, additionally, has been in the medical field for 17 years. We enjoy helping people any way we can and showing the importance to our children to help as well. We have an amazing blended family that is one of a kind and we love spending time together.
We live in a five-bedroom, one-and-a-half bathroom ranch-style home with a big yard and a great neighborhood. We are surrounded by police officers, firemen, and county officials, which also makes it safe for us to raise a family. We have two Schnoodle dogs (half-Poodle and half-Schnauzer) named Jack and Bella. They are amazing family dogs. Our neighborhood is one where everyone knows each other. Everybody is very positive, strong, and supports each other. We have lived here for almost seven years and it’s truly been a blessing.
Our Extended Family
Our family get-togethers feel like they were always meant to be. It’s a very warm and loving feeling to be able to have both of our families together at one time. Kyle has one brother and they have a very close relationship. His wife Nan and Cheryl went to school together and have been friends for a long time. They are the reason Kyle and Cheryl met.
Cheryl comes from a blended family herself and has one older sister and one younger brother. Her family tradition since she was a kid is to celebrate Halloween at her aunt and uncle’s house and that tradition continues now with our family. We have also started a new family tradition at Thanksgiving where the grandkids put up the Christmas tree at Kyle’s parents’ house and decorate it. Then, during the month of December, we have started to bring back the true meaning of Christmas on Kyle’s side. We give the gifts of time and love instead of buying gifts to exchange for the adults. It’s been a wonderful new experience and helps teach the kids about what’s important.
What Led Us To Adoption
We wanted to have a child together from the beginning but complications from a health issue prevented Cheryl from being able to get pregnant again. After a time feeling hopeless about being able to expand our wonderful family, we had an eye-opening experience when Kyle’s brother and sister-in-law became foster parents. It is a great experience and it helped us see that adoption is the right choice for us. We are so excited and so are our kids!
