Dear Expectant Mother,
I want to thank you for your consideration. Your child, if you chose me will be loved every moment of everyday. As a stay at home mom there won’t be a need for daycare, I’ll be there to support them in all their activities, help him or her accomplish their goals. We will play, learn, experience and build amazing memories. I will encourage them to dream and reach for the stars, help him or her become a happy and successful individual.
I’ve been in your shoes, and I know it is not an easy decision. I also want to thank you for giving me hope. I now have hope that one day our family will grow. One day my son will become the big brother and superhero protector that he’s always dreamed of being. One day I’ll be able to sing lullabies to my new child in the nursery. One day I’ll be able to introduce another child to the magic of Disney. And one day another child will know what unconditional love feels like and how brave and selfless their birth mother was.
I'm Lindsay, and I'm fortunate enough to be a full-time stay-at-home mom and homemaker to my son. Being a financially secure stay-at-home mom allows for endless fun, activities, adventures, and care without the need for daycare. We go to parks, zoos, and all sorts of educational places, such as the science museum. We have fun making memories everywhere we go! We look forward to growing our family and including a new little one on all our experiences. Being a full-time mom will allow me to walk the children to school and pick them up. I'll attend all their events and ceremonies. I'll support all their interests and goals and support them in whatever they choose to become in life.
We live in a small town that is a very close-knit community. We have four parks within walking distance, and the best zoo in the country is only a three-minute drive away! Our town loves to have festivals and children’s concerts in the summer. We live in a large three-bedroom condo with a pool. Each child will have their own bedroom and a wonderful play loft full of toys. We have a small cockapoo named Honey. Honey has been a part of our family since she was eight weeks old. She is now three and loves to play with kids. I can’t wait until we get to share our walks to the parks and dips in the pool with our new little one.
My Extended Family
My extended family consists of my mom and stepdad, my dad and stepmom, my two older brothers, my two younger sisters, and five step siblings. Growing up with a lot of siblings was amazing, and I can’t wait for my son to finally have a sibling to grow up with.
Our family does a trip to Walt Disney World and a Disney Cruise every year! Every year for Christmas the aunts, uncles, and cousins get together. My favorite family tradition is the trip to the beach. This started back when I was a baby. We would all get together at the beach every July. It was amazing being able to grow up with my cousins. Now that we’re older, we do this trip every other July, but I think it’s wonderful that our kids have the same opportunity to grow up with their cousins that we had.
My Adoption Story
I was adopted when I was three days old. I became a birth mother when I was 18. Adoption has played a huge role in my life. It has always been a dream of mine to one day complete my adoption story and become an adoptive mother. Because my adoption story has many different viewpoints, I understand firsthand what you’re going through, and I applaud you for your selfless and loving decision to place your baby.
