Dear Expectant Mother,
We know you’re considering a tough decision here. But what we also know is that you’re being smart, responsible, and incredibly brave and loving by trying your hardest to give your baby the best shot at an amazing life. Your baby does not need to come out of our bodies to realize the moment we meet him or her that our lives are changed, and our number one priority in life is now making sure this little miracle is protected, raised correctly, and unconditionally loved.
We care about health and education above everything. We cannot wait to guide your child as they grow into the amazing human they are meant to be. We cannot wait to teach your baby how to swim, play catch, run, be a gymnast, play chess, play whatever sport they choose; we will support and teach them. We cannot wait to get in the kitchen with your child, teach them how to bake cookies, make dinner, bake a whole cake, how to filet a fish! We want your child to learn and experience everything, and be challenged to never stop learning and expanding.
Ultimately, we know you will make the right decision. Know this: you are respected and loved for being brave, tough, responsible, and a beautiful person. There are so many options out there for you, but we want to assure you of something: you will not find a couple that will care for, love, cherish, live for/die for, adore, educate, and protect your baby more than us.
We are a loving couple from Texas. While Nick was born and raised here, Javier is from Chile; it was our mutual love for competitive swimming, healthy living, and dogs that initially brought us together, but our passion for living life to the fullest, never wasting a moment, and proactively working hard to earn a rewarding lifestyle gave us a deep bond. We enjoy working out together, cooking, traveling, taking care of our two dogs, and staying in and watching a movie. We hope to take the next big step in living life to the fullest by giving a little miracle more love, support, and caring than they could have ever hoped for!
We recently purchased a beautiful home in a small and quiet neighborhood in Texas. The school district is highly sought after, and the neighborhood is a diverse mix of young families. It’s the kind of neighborhood where there are trees and sidewalks, where people drive slow, and where everyone waves to each other as their kids play in the front yards in the evening. We have two giant fenced yards, four bedrooms, and plenty of space to play! Our house backs up to a running trail and park, and we have two small dogs that love to play with children! We cannot wait to teach a child how to walk, then run, then play in our yard and home.
Our Extended Family
We spend most Sundays gathering with Nick’s mother and sister. Sometimes it’s for a barbecue, sometimes dinner, sometimes board games, and sometimes a pool party! Nick’s sister has an infant and toddler who cannot wait to meet their cool uncles’ new baby. Nick’s mother loves being a grandmother to our nieces and nephews, and she volunteers to babysit and help with the kids every chance she gets.
Christmas and Thanksgiving are big holidays around our household. Everyone from the family gathers we have fun making a few classic dishes alongside a few non-traditional international dishes. All the kids come, everyone brings their dogs, and it’s a full, warm, love-filled event!
We cannot wait to bring a new miracle into this loving and tight-knit family. Grandma Evelyn cannot wait to meet a new grandchild, and Aunt Natalie cannot wait to have a little miracle to grow up alongside her own children.
What Led Us To Adoption
We began discussing starting a family a few years ago, but we were waiting for the perfect moment. Earlier this year, we realized something important: there will never be a more perfect moment than now! Our home is a happy home between us and our lovely pups, but it seems to be missing a key element. Four bedrooms and a large yard would be much better served by a full, happy family! We have the financial stability, a beautiful and large home, and, most importantly, all the love in the world. It’s time!
