Dear Expectant Mother,
We were raised and grew up to be good citizens and a responsible part of society. We learned how to love, respect, dream, and work hard for to make our reality the way we always imagined. We were taught how to tolerate and love unconditionally, to believe in God, and that there will always be good in people. We are here hoping and praying to God to give us a gift of life. We know the life will not have come from our bodies, but it will come from our hearts.
We hope to become what we dream about: fathers. We will be truly indebted to your act of selflessness, as you are giving us a gift that we will treat as our own for the rest of our lives. Your child will never want for love or opportunity, and you can rest easy knowing your child will grow up to be whatever he or she wants, and we will always be there to support them. It is not a promise, but it is a prayer to God that we utter each and every day. We will be forever grateful to you.
Reagan is a Registered Nurse who took the role of a care provider to critical patients in a clinical setting; he is also an Educator influencing student nurses to deliver care with utmost respect. Raul is also a Registered Nurse, and has been for more than twenty years. He devotes his time to being a care provider, a Nurse Director, and he is currently a Case Manager for a chain of hospitals in California. We were both raised by loving and understanding parents, believing in life, culture, tradition, respect, and love of God. Together for fourteen years and married for ten, we helped our siblings raise our nephews and nieces guiding them to be good individuals. We taught them how to respect and love and that everyone is unique.
Our house is a home. We have a four-bedroom, Mediterranean-inspired house on a cul-de-sac located in the San Francisco. Our neighborhood is a family-oriented community where people truly knew each other. Our favorite part of our home is the spacious backyard, which serves as a play area for our pets, Sparky and Spicey, and the venue of family gatherings. We all have the daily opportunity of enjoying the clean and spacious backyard, which we both believe that our future children will enjoy as well.
Our Extended Family
We both came from Catholic families who believe in togetherness, sharing, understanding, and that love that makes the bond strong because of God’s blessing. Family gatherings are always a part of the tradition, and this is based on love, harmony, and respect. We celebrate the uniqueness in each and every one of us as we celebrate life. Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year are the holidays that we all look forward to.
Our children will learn the value of sharing, tolerance, and appreciating one another as we were taught by our parents. We are thankful to our parents because of that. Our families are truly excited and praying for our hope of becoming fathers in the future. This serves us hope that we know someone out there who is selfless will make our family complete.
What Led Us To Adoption
Both of us came from close-knit families who foster love and respect. Our parents taught us how to dream and realize that dream, and we learned to respect and take care of them, not because of responsibility, but love. As husbands, we have dreamed of becoming fathers in order for us to express our love and make us work harder for our children. We will both be indebted for life to the selfless family that will make our dream come true and will answer our prayers.
