First off, we are in awe of you. We can’t even begin to imagine the emotions you must be experiencing as you consider adoption for your precious child. We understand that you are in a difficult situation, and if you decide to choose us, we promise to provide for your baby with love, first and foremost. We promise to protect, provide, and care for your baby. We promise to raise your baby with high standards, morals, compassion, and the best education. We promise to do everything we can in our power, with our support group of family and friends, to give your baby the best life possible.
We are so fortunate to be surrounded by some of the most beautiful scenery, beaches, museums, theater halls, sports teams, and the best schools in the country. Life has been very good to us, and we feel a profound sense of purpose and responsibility to share our blessings with a child who can thrive in a loving and stable home. We are excited to raise a child and to teach him or her all about the world and culture by traveling and going on adventures. Further, we are excited to raise a child to give back to a world that needs more compassion and love.
Thank you for considering us as adoptive parents for your child.
We have been together for seven years and married for two-and-a-half. We are both extremely active and energetic, and we have a lot of love to share. Miles works in finance, where he helps businesses that are in or near bankruptcy get back on their feet. Russell is a television producer and has produced thousands of hours of hit network and cable television shows. We love to work out, host dinner parties with our close circle of friends, and travel, travel, travel! We have a dozen rental properties all over the U.S., and we love to visit them for weekend getaways whenever we can. We are also very passionate about rescuing animals at local shelters and are creating a non-profit organization to help place needy animals.
We live in a gated and extremely safe neighborhood at the very top of a hill on a cul-de-sac. Our neighbors are our close friends, and there are many children around. There are parks close by, and the best private schools in the city are within ten minutes from our home.
We have three rescue dogs, Gimpy, a 13-year-old Chihuahua, Gizmo, a two-year-old Terrier, and Gusto, a seven-year-old Black Lab. Gimpy, the smallest of the dogs, runs the house! They are all very sweet puppies and very loving to anyone they meet, including children and babies!
Our Family Traditions
We both come from large, bigger than life, loving families. Our family visits often. They are so excited to welcome a new little one or two into the family! We were both raised with high morals and standards, and we plan on passing that on to a child. Our families tend to gather often at our home in California or one of our vacation homes several times a year. We were married on one of the Hawaiian islands, and we spend Thanksgiving there every year. One daily tradition we insist on is having breakfast and dinner at the table with no distractions, phones, or television. We have a full-time housekeeper who has worked for us for six years and is the sweetest woman ever! She speaks fluent English and Spanish and is excited to speak both languages to a child. We have also hired a nanny that will assist during the day while we are at work. She is a highly sought-after nanny/nurse in this city and loves children… and our dogs!
What Led Us To Adoption
Growing up as young gay men, we never dreamed that we could become fathers someday. We are absolutely overjoyed that your heart would be so open that you would consider us as adoptive parents. We have always wanted to adopt and give the most amazing life to a child. This process has been so humbling for us. Now that we are married and financially set in our careers, we are ready to become the best dads we can possibly be.
