Dear Expectant Mother,
I grew up searching for love in all the wrong places. I am not perfect, but my heart is full of love, and that is what I want you and your child to know about me. Every year for my birthday, I make and pass out food to the homeless. I use my bonus money to buy baby supplies and feminine products for homeless women and children. I stock up on food, water, and dog food in my car to hand out to people on the street. I collect used clothing to donate to the shelter. I have shared my love with my community, and now I want to share my love with your child.
I want to lay next to your child to hear their heartbeat. I want to live, laugh, love, and learn every single moment I’m with him or her. I want to protect your child from harm and teach them how to deal with problems the right way. The American Dream for me is not the white picket fence with a husband, wife, and children. My American dream is to hold a child and to smile at them and say, “Thank you for making my dreams come true.”
In my spare time, I give back to the community by volunteering and engaging in activities that help homeless and domestic violence facilities. I surround myself with strong and positive individuals who are pillars of the community, all from different cultures and who have strong family values. They will be a great influence on my family. I am also in the process of several business plans and developments to make sure that my child lives in a healthy and financially stable environment. Put simply, I am a single man with a heart filled with joy. I have never felt a love so strong for a baby that I haven’t even met yet. I want to make lasting memories with a child and teach them how to have love and compassion for all human beings.
I just purchased a new home in 2017 that has four bedrooms and a total of 8,000 square feet. This is a new development, and I just started building my backyard this year with a planter box and an area for fruits and vegetables. I planted fruit trees along the fence and plan on putting in a sandbox with a playground. During the summer, we can have outdoor movie nights, go camping, host barbecues and game nights, and do other fun activities. I want to build a safe environment for my child to let their imagination go wild. My house is currently filled with only myself, my Dachshund, and my father, and we can’t wait to hear a child’s laughter.
My Extended Family
My family and friends are so excited to meet your baby. We celebrate what’s called a One-Month Birthday, which is a huge celebration where the baby takes part in a ceremony where he or she picks an object that will tell their “future.”
My best friends and cousins are having children at the same time, all due in 2019. My friends and family who already have children are head over heels about the baby already, because they know that I will be an amazing father. Everyone wants your child to make memories with all of their children. My dad is also very proud that I would step outside of the box to create my own American dream, with just me and my child, growing my family and happiness through adoption.
What Led Me To Adoption
My dad is a single father who came to America during the Vietnam War. He promised my mother that he would take care of me as his own, and so I was unaware that he was not my real father until just last year. This man raised me and loved me unconditionally, and I want to pass the same experience to a child of my own. I want my child to know that he or she is the most important thing to me, and I want them to know that love has no boundaries, that we can make a strong bond, and that we can create everlasting memories.
