Jennifer came to us with an extensive background in customer service. She is married with two children and was a stay-at-home mom for many years. She loves working with people and when she got the opportunity with LifeLong to combine her love for helping others with the joy of parenting, it was an absolute perfect fit! In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and friends, staying active and healthy, and relaxing on her boat.
Q&A with Jennifer
What do you do at LifeLong?
I am a case coordinator and I love being a part of this team! I help refer legal services and answer questions for our adoptive families once they have been chosen by an expectant mother.
When did you join the LifeLong team?
Blessed to have joined LifeLong in September of 2021.

It's pretty amazing to get up every day knowing that you have the ability to change someone's life and help create a family.
What is your favorite inspirational, motivational, or positive-thinking quote?

"Everything happens for a reason."
What's your personal connection to adoption?
I have a cousin who adopted her daughter and have friends who have adopted or been adopted. It all just comes down to love and family in the end.
What advice do you have for our waiting families?
Remember your WHY, have faith and trust the process. The journey through adoption is an emotional one. There will be good days and bad days, but I truly believe when it's meant to happen your baby will come to you.
What is your favorite family tradition?
Every year my big, crazy and fun extended family gets together for our traditional Italian Christmas Eve dinner (no meat, only fish). We eat, laugh, play games and eat more!
What was something that happened to you that you thought was bad but it turned out to be for the best?
My youngest son has multiple food allergies. I can remember thinking when he was an infant, how are we going to do this? It really opened our eyes as a family knowing what was in our food and made us all more conscious of our health.
What do you like to do on your days off?
Spending time on our boat with friends and family or a lazy Saturday watching college football!
Where is your favorite place to be?
