Megan Sanzotti

Case Coordinator

Megan came to us from Feed My Starving Children. She also has experience working with patients, children, families, community representatives, social workers, and various organizations. In school, she studied Sociology and Business Administration. Megan loves working with people and serving as an advocate for those she works with, which makes her an excellent fit for our team. She's so excited to help create happy families! Outside of work, Megan loves spending time with family and friends, going on walks or biking with family, and just spending all the time she can outdoors.

  • What do you do at LifeLong?

    I am a case coordinator and excited to be a part of the team! I help adoptive parents once they have been connected with a birthmother.

  • When did you join the LifeLong team?

    I happily joined the team in March 2021!

  • What motivates you to get up and go to work?

    I am greatly motivated by my passion for helping others. I love being a part of something bigger and knowing that I am making an impact every day.

  • What is your favorite inspirational, motivational, or positive-thinking quote?

    Positive anything is better than negative nothing.

  • What's your personal connection to adoption?

    I do not have a direct connection to adoption. I love being able to work with diverse groups of people and help be a part of an exciting journey! I have previous social services background and enjoyed being able to connect the pieces together and to advocate!

  • What advice do you have for our waiting families?

    To trust the process and know that the baby that was destined to be a part of your family will be presented when it is meant to be!

  • When are you happiest?

    I am happiest when I am traveling. I love new adventures and being able to explore new places.

  • What is your favorite family tradition?

    Every year, the second weekend of December, my family has a cookie baking day! It is a big deal in our family and has sometimes turned into family members spending the night and being a two day event. We typically make a ton of cookies for Christmas Eve and to send off to other friends and family.

  • What are you passionate about?

    I am very passionate about dog adoption as well! My family adopts English Bulldogs and they are just the best!

  • What was something that happened to you that you thought was bad but it turned out to be for the best?

    Transferring colleges. I felt as though I was giving up on my current situation but in reality was just making a change that was going to be for the best! And it was!

  • What’s your most memorable facepalm moment?

    There is probably a new one every week but you have to learn to laugh at yourself often.

  • What is one thing you cannot resist?

    I cannot resist anything with cheese. I truly believe that cheese makes any food better!

  • What music is on your most-played list?

    I mainly listen to country music thanks to my mom who raised me listening to old country! My favorite artists are Kenny Chesney and Brett Eldredge.
