Dear Expectant Mother,
We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude that you would consider us to adopt and raise your baby. We are honored that you have taken the time to get to know us as individuals and as a family. There is nothing in this world that we care more about than our family and we hope to get the opportunity to welcome your child into our home. It is our commitment to you that, if you choose us, your child will be raised in a warm and compassionate home that is filled with joy. We promise that your child will know how much he or she is loved. Your child will have a strong family unit that will always be supportive.
Your child will grow up in a safe home and never want for anything. Your child will enjoy the opportunity to travel and see the world. He or she will enjoy holidays filled with family meals, long walks with our family dog, trips to the beach, and time spent at the zoo. More than anything, your child will be raised in a home that is specifically nurturing to him or her as an individual.
We are blessed with a wonderful home and family. We are blessed to have each other and the shared desire to explore everything the world has to offer. It would be the ultimate honor to share our love of life and family with your child.
We first met in high school, and we have been in love ever since. We have been married for over four years now, and every day is even better than the one before it. We are profoundly lucky to have found such a deep and lasting love. Kristen is kind, thoughtful, and she has a great sense of humor. She manages to balance her work as a physical therapist with being an excellent mother, creating a home full of warmth, joy, and laughter. Morgan constantly strives to be the best husband, father, and doctor. His family always comes first. One of the things Kristen loves most about Morgan is that he thrives on experiences. The memories we have made together over the years are truly priceless. We love traveling near and far. We are so excited to continue making these memories with our children.
Our home is located in a quiet suburb with easy access to the beach and downtown area. We love going to all the museums and parks. Our home is full of furniture Morgan built himself. Kristen always decorates to match the season, keeping it cozy and clean. We have a room ready to serve as a dedicated nursery, outdoor space with a small garden, and a large front porch with a swinging bench that Morgan built. Our dog, Reka, is wonderful with children and the ultimate family protector. Our home has plenty of clean air and quiet streets filled with neighbors who also have young families. If you choose us, we can’t wait to take your baby on daily family walks, trips to the beach, and hikes with Reka.
Our Extended Family
We are blessed to have a supporting and caring extended family. Morgan has one older brother, who currently lives nearby, as well as two parents, who are over the moon with excitement about our adoption journey. They have already fallen deeply in love with their role as grandparents. Kristen has a younger sister, who doubles as her best friend. They are as close as any two siblings can possibly be. They can’t wait to be Aunt and Uncle to an adopted baby!
We are strong believers in celebrating the holidays and always spend them together cooking and enjoying each other’s company. Kristen’s specialty is dessert. Morgan’s brother comes over to help cook the turkey. Holidays always end with full stomachs, competitive card games, and movie night - for those who survive the post-dinner food coma!
Our family loves to be outdoors and we love to go hiking. We plan hiking trips as a family once a year and we spend a week or so at a national park where we can really connect. We love to spend quality time in the fresh air. Thanksgiving and Christmas are our favorite times of the year and we can’t wait to share these experiences with an adopted child.
What Led Us To Adoption
From the very beginning of our relationship, we have always wanted to adopt. Morgan’s father was adopted at birth. Having come from a family that has experienced adoption, he has always wanted to provide a home worthy of being entrusted with an adopted child. Even as we have raised our son these last years, we have never wavered on our dream of adoption. In fact, it has only grown stronger. We are beyond excited to welcome a child into our home as well as our hearts.
