dear expectant mother

Dear Expectant Mother,

We would first like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking this time to get to know us. We understand this can be a very difficult decision to make, and we want to let you know, if you choose us, we will be there for you every step of the way.

If you decide to place your baby with us, it would be a tremendous blessing for us and our families. We promise that your baby will be taken care of and loved by many. You will also hold a special place in our hearts for giving us the opportunity to start a family together.

Again, we thank you for taking the time to look at our profile and get to know us. We hope to hear from you soon.

Sincerely,
Raul & Christina

If you choose us, your baby will be well taken care of and loved by many. They will never go hungry, they will have a great education, they will always have a roof over their head, and they will always know they are loved.

About Us

It all started in high school. We met through friends, grew up together, laughed together, and cried together, and to this day, there’s not much we do without one another. We love traveling, whether it’s far away or somewhere close by. We are both always up for an adventure. When we are not traveling, Raul enjoys fixing/building things around the house. Christina loves crafts, so any chance she can get to make something, she will. Whenever given the opportunity, we enjoy having our nieces and nephews over for a movie and game night. Christina is a very outgoing, funny, creative person, which matches well with Raul’s sense of humor and quiet personality. We have been happily married for four years.

Our Home & Pets

We became first-time homeowners about two and a half years ago. It was something we always wanted to do as a good foundation for starting our family. We picked a quiet neighborhood away from all the city noise and traffic. Our home is the perfect place to relax and entertain. It just so happens to also be centrally located to all of our families’ homes. As a result, we tend to have a lot of family gatherings at our house.

Our Extended Family

Our families are very similar in the sense that they are both loving, supportive, and encouraging. Everyone was devastated to hear all our infertility issues. Once we let them know we wanted to adopt, they all wanted to pitch in with anything we needed to make it happen.

Raul’s family consists of his grandparents on his dad’s side, his parents, five siblings, five cousins, and a handful of aunts and uncles. Christina's family is too large to count. Her parents have been together for over 45 years, and she has four siblings and uncles, aunts, and cousins all up and down California. No matter where we go in California, we are surrounded by family. Family is a big part of our lives. Aside from always spending holidays together, we make it a priority to get together at least once a week.

What Led Us To Adoption

We set out to conceive a baby two years ago. Once we realized something was not right, we consulted with a reproduction center. After countless doctor visits and a never-ending supply of medication, we realized our chances to conceive naturally were dwindling. It was about a year ago the doctors let us know our last resort would be IVF. We decided we would not go the IVF route as it would involve more medication that could not possibly be good for Christina’s long-term health. It was then we realized we had another option: adoption. We are so excited to be on this journey to grow our family.
