Dear Expectant Mother,
First of all, we would like to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for opening up your family to us. There is nothing more generous than a woman who bestows the gift of life to another family. You already hold a special place in our hearts, and we will forever be grateful for the opportunity to share our love with your child. We would like to thank you for taking the time to review our profile and getting to know us.
As you can see, we are a loving family who is very prepared and eager to offer our love and support to your child. We have so much love to share and are excited to expand our family through adoption. You are a blessing to families that cannot have children on their own. It is a great honor to have your love and support.
We can’t express how thankful we are that you are willing to share the life of your child with us. Your generosity is unimaginable; your child will always know how great of a person you are and the sacrifices you have made for him or her out of love. We are open to meeting with you before your baby is born and keeping in contact by sending pictures and growth updates, if you are interested in such. We hope you find comfort and guidance in the upcoming months as you make these important decisions.
From the time we met, our relationship has been built around love, trust, and adventure. We love traveling with each other and trying out new things, so taking vacations is one of the many things we enjoy doing together. We love going to the beach, and we can’t wait to play in the sand with a child one day. In addition to vacationing, we enjoy playing with our dogs, spending time with friends and family, going to sporting events, hosting barbecues, riding our motorcycle, and exercising. When we aren’t enjoying one of our many hobbies, we are at the careers we love: Taner is the proud owner of a fitness center, where she loves working with the community and changing people’s lives; Gina teaches 7th-grade math, and she truly embraces the role of an educator.
Our home has become the gathering place for many holiday get-togethers, barbecues, and nights of playing games with family and friends. We enjoy hosting our family and friends every opportunity we get, and we can’t wait to show our child the importance of family time. On top of having a one-acre fenced in yard with plenty of play space, we live across the street from the city park. We have walking trails, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, and a community swimming pool. We enjoy meeting friends at the park and taking our dogs for walks. Zoey has been in our family since we met, but we just rescued Jax last year. These pups are two of our greatest blessings, and we can’t wait for them to bond with a child.
Our Extended Family
Regina comes from a very large family, with 17 aunts and uncles from both her mom and her dad. She’s an only child, but she spent most of her childhood with several cousins. Taner, also an only child, grew up with a much smaller family, with only two aunts and uncles from both parents.
Our extended family is the best. Several members of the family live within walking distance of our house. We see our grandparents several times a week to watch football, play games, or just have a meal with them. We have many family gatherings throughout the year to celebrate birthdays, holidays, or just to have fun. One of our favorite traditions is our family-and-friend celebration of Taner’s father. He passed on Halloween five years ago due to an auto accident, and we celebrate his life each year with family and friends at a Halloween Party. Our cousins participate in several sports, from football to wrestling, and we love watching and supporting them each season. We also love to take family motorcycle trips to enjoy time with them and try new foods from small cities. We can’t wait to introduce our family and teach a child how precious family time can be.
What Led Us To Adoption
We have taken the first year and a half of marriage to travel and grow with one another. We now feel confident that we have built a strong marriage, and we are ready to grow our family. We explored our options and fell in love with the idea of adoption. We have a friend that we’ve watched go through the adoption process, and seeing the joy she had when bringing her daughter home made us realize growing our family through adoption would be a blessing. We have a nursery in our home fully stocked with diapers, bottles, and books, and we’re excited to welcome a baby into our loving home.
