Dear Expectant Mother,
First of all, we want to thank you so much for considering giving us the opportunity to cherish and raise your precious baby. It takes a lot of courage to make such a difficult decision to choose a family to raise your angel. We cannot begin to understand the fear and emotions you are facing right now, but we assure you that your baby is a blessing to us, a dream come true, and he or she will be well taken care of and loved. We have so much gratitude toward you for viewing our profile and considering us. What a miracle you are to help us fulfill our dream of raising a baby together.
Both of our families have been beyond supportive and have encouraged our decision to adopt. We come from families that are all very loving and very close to our daily lives. Our family and friends are very excited to accept this new addition, to love this baby unconditionally and to help this child to succeed in life. We can promise you that this little miracle will be adored and cherished every single day of his or her life.
We are a fun and loving couple who have been married for two years. Troy works as an area chief on the pipeline, and Stephanie is an elementary school teacher who is currently a stay-at-home wife. Troy enjoys anything outdoors, whether it is hunting, fishing, or camping. He is also into fitness and enjoys spending time in the gym. Stephanie enjoys reading, cooking, crafting, and singing. We love to spend time exercising together, going to sporting events to cheer on our favorite teams, watching the Dallas Cowboys play, attending concerts, spending time with our family and friends, and dancing together, even if it’s just in the living room.
We live in a three-bedroom, two-bath, open-concept home with a huge backyard for a child to run around and play in. We live in a new housing addition at the end of a road in a cul-de-sac. We have three young rescue cats, ages 1, 2, and 4. They are all very loving and like to give cuddles, especially while we are trying to do something like type on the computer.
Our Extended Family
Troy has a big family. His father is one of four children, and his mother is one of five. He also has a stepfather. Troy has a twin brother and two other brothers, a year younger and two years younger. Stephanie has a smaller family, with her father being one of two children and her mother being one of three. She also has a stepfather and a stepmother. She has two younger brothers.
Both of our families enjoy camping and cooking out. Troy’s family competes in family cook-offs a few times a year, and Stephanie’s family enjoys camping at different places around the area. Stephanie’s family also enjoys music of all types and singing. Several of her family members sing or play instruments. It is always fun to have both of our families together. There is a lot of laughing, teasing, and happiness. Both families are very close with each other, and they are very supportive and encouraging.
Both of our families are beyond thrilled to gain another addition to the family. Our loving families have been with us every step of the way during our process and are very supportive.
What Led Us To Adoption
Troy comes from a large family, and he has three biological children, ages 20,17, and 8. Stephanie doesn’t have any children and has always wanted to be a mommy. When we were married, we had already decided that we wanted to have a child together to complete our family. Nine days after our wedding, we were walking in our neighborhood and were struck by a drunk driver. Troy suffered many injuries that have led to some fertility issues. We decided that adopting a sweet baby was the best way for us to build our family.
