Although we can never fully appreciate how you feel, we understand this is an incredibly difficult decision and would like to assure you that whatever decision you make is the right one. Additionally, please know that if you choose us, we would want to share as much or as little as you would like with the child as we work with them to understand who they are, where they come from, and how much love went into this decision.
If you entrust your child to our family, we guarantee they will grow up being loved and cherished every single day, not only by us but by an amazing group of grandparents, aunts, uncles, and cousins, all of whom are fully supportive of our decision to adopt and are eager to welcome a new member of the family! Your child will also grow up in an open-minded household, where all are welcome and celebrated, with plenty of food, music, and laughter.

Hello, and welcome to our profile! We are Adam and Auldin, and we are excited for the opportunity to share our story with you. Our family began back in the fall of 2016 when we met in South Carolina while Adam was completing graduate school. We hit it off immediately! Soon after making our relationship official, our family grew by one when we rescued our dog, Ace. Since then, we have moved around the East Coast, including North Carolina and Pennsylvania, finally settling in Virginia. We are fun-loving guys who value spending quality time with friends and family above all. Our interests include keeping up with the latest TV shows and movies, taking Ace for walks around our neighborhood and nearby parks, spending time with family, and going to sporting events and concerts. Additionally, Adam enjoys swimming at the local gym and playing musical instruments (especially piano), while Auldin participates in multiple volleyball leagues.
Our home is in a suburban community in Virginia with great schools, young families, and even a few cows around the corner from our house! We also have a large backyard that is perfect for a future playground. Local attractions in the area include a popular trampoline park, multiple parks with family-oriented festivals and events, and a petting zoo. Also part of our family is an eight-year-old boxer named Ace, who enjoys playing with our next door neighbors (two and four years old) and is excited to become an older brother himself!
Auldin is originally from South Carolina and grew up with one brother and multiple cousins nearby. His parents still live in South Carolina, which we visit regularly. Everyone in Auldin’s family are massive fans of the Clemson Tigers, so we all enjoy getting together for tailgates and games during football season. This ties into one of Auldin’s favorite traditions, which is getting together with his family the weekend after Thanksgiving for the big South Carolina vs. Clemson football game!
Adam is originally from the area of Virginia we currently live in, with two brothers and parents nearby. His family, including nearby cousins, aunts, and uncles, enjoys getting together for movies, games, and meals whenever possible. One of our favorite family traditions has been taking a family vacation every year to a nearby town on the Chesapeake Bay. There, we enjoy family cookouts, boat/canoe rides, and lounging around the pool. We also love going into the nearby town for amazing ice cream. Adam is partial to mint chocolate chip, while Auldin loves butter pecan!
Ever since we can remember (even before meeting), we each dreamed of becoming a parent. We want nothing more than to build a loving environment for a child, where they feel safe and comfortable to be themselves. Now that we are fully settled in our forever home, we feel excited and prepared to move toward making our dream a reality! Additionally, with family nearby and many friends with young children, we feel we can provide a nurturing support system for a child.
