dear expectant mother

Dear Expectant Mother,

Life has a way of throwing obstacles in our paths. These obstacles can seem very daunting and lead us to make difficult decisions we are never sure are correct. We know the decision you are facing is not an easy one nor is it simple or without its challenges. But life also has its unexpected surprises as well that we would never be able to see unless we make these difficult decisions.

You could be that blessing we have been looking for and your baby the small ray of light we would hope to nurture and grow into a beautiful sunshine. The journey you have taken and will take may not be without its difficulties, but we hope you can find peace in knowing the beautiful life you grew will grow more beautiful and healthier if we are blessed by being chosen. We know in our heart of hearts that your baby will no doubt be as strong as their mother and fully intend to support that throughout the rest of their lives if you choose us. We have so much love to give and would love nothing more than to give all that love to your baby.

You could be that blessing we have been looking for and your baby the small ray of light we would hope to nurture and grow into a beautiful sunshine.

About Us

Hi! We are Adrian and Logan! We’re both in the medical field. Adrian’s an ICU nurse, while Logan’s a licensed massage therapist. We love interacting with different people and making a positive difference in their lives. We also like learning new hobbies. For instance, we recently just tried our hand at gardening. We are a very well-rounded couple, or “jack of all trades” if you will. We both love educating ourselves in subjects and activities we were never exposed to before. After all, a dad is supposed to know everything, right (lol)? We also have huge family support from our parents and brother and sisters as well. A close family dynamic is very important to us as we always take care of each other.

Our Home & Pets

We live in a new community in Texas that is going to build a children’s playground and a community pool nearby with walking trails as well. We live near Sea World, Six Flags, a zoo, museums (including two museums just for kids), and many schools as well. Needless to say, we will have plenty of activities to participate in with our child to let them have fun but also to learn something as well. We have two standard poodles in our home, Paris and Milan. They are very playful, smart, obedient dogs that also love to play fetch. They are clean indoor dogs and hypoallergenic.

Our Extended Family

While some of our family lives in California, most of our family lives here in Texas. We make regular visits with our close family who live here in town, while Logan’s family comes to visit us or we visit them as regularly as possible in California. Adrian’s parents and his younger brother and his wife and three children live in this city with us. They are no more than a ten-minute drive from where we now live. We have three grandparents, four parents, four siblings, many aunts and uncles, and many more cousins (with more baby cousins on the way) between the both of us. Logan’s younger sister just had a new baby girl, and we hope to have our new child play with her soon.

Almost everyone in our family loves to play sports of some kind. Almost all of us grew up playing softball for example. There is no doubt in our minds that our child will have a lot of opportunities to play with their cousins and spend time with our family. And if the need arises, Adrian’s parents or brother’s family will be able to help and support us in our new journey with our child.

What Led Us To Adoption

As individuals, we always knew we wanted to have children in our lives. The day we met was a blessing on many fronts, especially when we came to realize we both wanted to have a child. Ever since then, we have been preparing to have children in our lives, which included us buying a brand-new home with space for a nursery and hopefully more children to come. We’re very excited to adopt a child because we want to have a child to call our own, watch them grow, and give them the happiest and most fulfilling life we can offer, full of love.
