dear expectant mother

Dearest Expectant Mother,

The adoption process is a mix of emotions. There is hope, there is intense gratitude, there is fear, and there is love and admiration. And then there is you. Considering an adoption plan is both breathtakingly difficult and wonderfully loving. The decisions being made by mothers like you are not only admirable but incredibly important to families like ours. We can only hope to get to know you and be given the chance to tell you more about ourselves. For now, we want you to know we will provide for, support, and nurture a child placed in our care.

A baby placed in our loving family will be raised alongside our daughter as our son or daughter and as a grandchild, a cousin, and a niece or nephew. Waking up to this special addition in our home and seeing this new life grow will be beyond miraculous. We are ready to give the love we have to the child you are preparing to honor an adoptive family like ours with, and we can guarantee that this baby will be loved by our entire family because just the idea of this child is already loved beyond measure. Thank you for considering us for this amazing gift.

About Us

We spend quite a lot of time with one another. We work together in our family business, which incredibly just celebrated its tenth anniversary. Together we have been a couple for 17 years, and we have been married since 2007. We have a daughter who loves our time together spent dancing and baking as well as our family movie nights and who makes every attempt to make us aware that her biggest dream is to be a big sister. With all honesty, we didn’t always have what we do today, but our time together and the experiences we’ve shared have made us rely on each other’s strengths and push past our weaknesses. What we are most grateful for is each other and the love we share.

Our Home & Pets

Our home is special because we make it so. With our two dogs, cat, birds, and fish, we enjoy the responsibility and companionship that comes with having pets for ourselves and for our daughter. Our home accommodates our family gatherings and celebrations. It is a place where our family and friends come together over recipes, laughs, bbq, and games. We love our historical cities and friendly neighborhoods. There are numerous local and state parks nearby. There are also plenty of educational institutions, both public and private. At the end of the day, our home is where we come together to connect with each other and is made special by the memories we make together.

Our Extended Family

We have family in the United States as well as in Italy. With a large Italian family, holidays and get-togethers are made special simply by the time we spend together. Whether it’s the holidays, pool parties, barbeques, eating out, or simple nights in, we all make our lives a little bit brighter. Cousins, aunts, uncles, and nieces, most with families of their own, create a busy but exciting environment when we come together.

While both have large families, our closest connections lie with Angela’s mom and sister. Our relationship with them is based on faith and trust in one another. We understand each other and support each other on any decisions we each make. As long as we are happy, we know they will always be there to support us.

What Led Us To Adoption

In 2014 our lives were blessed with the birth of our daughter. She has brought purposeful meaning into our lives, a sort of joy that makes us smile and grateful to have her in our lives. We were fortunate to conceive our daughter with the aid of IVF. After four more rounds of IVF, we have experienced both hope and loss, but we have always kept our home and hearts open. The three of us are ready to grow our love by beginning the miraculous journey and joyous gift that is adoption.
