Dear Expectant Mother,

Thank you for taking the time to read this letter. We can only imagine how complex and emotional this decision must be, and we want to start by honoring your strength, your love for your baby, and the thoughtful care you’re putting into this process.

We’re Braeden and Jon, and we’re hoping to grow our family through adoption again. We’ve already had the privilege of adopting our son, and parenting him has been the greatest joy of our lives. Through him, we’ve built a home full of love, laughter, structure, and stability—the same things we’re excited to offer another child.

Our house is filled with bedtime stories, silly dance parties, open conversations, and constant reassurance that our family is safe, loved, and supported just as they are. Adoption isn’t a backup plan for us; it’s a choice we’ve made with full hearts, and one we hold with deep respect and responsibility.

If you choose to place your baby with us, we will carry that trust with lifelong gratitude. We’ll make sure your child always knows their story, and that your love is a part of it.

Our Hobbies & Passions

We love spending time together as a family and make the most of every moment with our son. One of our favorite ways to unwind is by watching movies together, whether it’s a family-friendly animation or a classic film, those cozy nights on the couch are some of our happiest times. We also love exploring our state, discovering new parks, hiking trails, and little towns. It’s an adventure every weekend, and we enjoy sharing those experiences with our son as he learns about the world around him.

Eating out at local restaurants is another passion of ours. We love trying new foods and supporting small businesses while making fun memories around the table.

Braeden enjoys video games, often sharing stories from his favorite games that spark our son’s imagination and curiosity. Jon is passionate about exercising and staying active, often involving the whole family in outdoor activities or simple workouts.
Most of all, we love teaching our son new things and helping him grow. Watching him learn and develop is the greatest joy of our lives.

Our Home & Neighborhood

We live in a warm, welcoming home in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood. Our house has a big backyard perfect for playing, gardening, and hosting weekend BBQs. There’s a cozy playroom, lots of natural light, and plenty of space for a growing family.

Our community in Northern California is diverse, inclusive, and full of young families. We’re close to great schools, beautiful parks, libraries, and kid-friendly museums. We love walking to the farmers market on weekends and visiting the zoo or nearby hiking trails.
We also share our home with our two cats, Nala and Maui. They’re sweet, curious, and love curling up for story time or following our son around the house.

This is a home built for love, laughter, and lasting memories.

Our Family & Friends

We’re lucky to have a strong, loving support system made up of family and chosen family who are deeply involved in our lives. While both of our families live out of state, we see each other often and stay closely connected through regular visits, video calls, and lots of group chats.

Jon’s family is warm, hilarious, and always planning the next visit. Braeden’s family is tight-knit and full of traditions like summer lake trips, matching holiday pajamas, and baking days that our son already looks forward to each year. Our parents are over-the-moon excited for another grandchild and have been supportive of our adoption journey every step of the way.

We’re also surrounded by a close circle of chosen family and friends, many of whom are parents themselves, who have truly become part of our everyday lives. We share meals, watch each other’s kids, and lean on each other through all of life’s ups and downs.

Your child would grow up surrounded by people who love deeply, show up consistently, and believe in creating a joyful, inclusive, and supportive environment every single day.

What We Love About Each Other

We love each other because we’ve built a life rooted in trust, laughter, and unconditional support. Our relationship is full of joy, but also strength. We lift each other up, grow through challenges, and never stop choosing one another. That love became even deeper when we became parents through adoption.

Family is the heart of everything for us. We love being dads — creating traditions, celebrating milestones big and small, and filling our home with warmth and belonging. Our child has brought us more joy than we ever imagined, and we’re excited to grow our family again. There is so much love here waiting to be shared.
