dear expectant mother

Dear Expectant Mother,

First, we want to share how deeply grateful we are that you are considering this difficult decision. We know you must have the biggest heart and care so deeply about your child. We want you to know, if you choose us to love your child for the rest of his or her life, we will be there for you during this process. We will wrap you in kindness, love, and support. You will not be alone during this difficult journey.

If you choose us, your child will come to a home filled with love, amazing memories, and unwavering support. We will ensure your child is raised to be kind, caring, and loving, just like we were raised. Your child will live in a home full of laughter, family, memories, and connections. We will start our days over breakfast, hearing about his or her amazing dreams the night before. We will plan our days to be adventurous and educational. We will read bedtime stories that will expand his or her imagination until he or she dozes off for another night of wonderful dreams.

We love our beautiful yellow Labrador, and she will welcome your child into our home. We will enjoy the outdoors, learning, wonderful vacations, and making great memories. Every time we go to Disney World, all we can imagine is having a son or daughter with us to make memories.

Thank you again for considering this very difficult decision. We look forward to learning about you and sharing the love with you that we will share with your child.

With love,
Sam and Brett

We will wrap you in kindness, love, and support. You will not be alone during this difficult journey.

About Us

Brett was born and raised in New Hampshire and attended college in Boston. His love for his family brought him back to New Hampshire, where we met. Sam was born and raised in Colorado and moved to New Hampshire to pursue his career. We have built our lives together in beautiful New England. We have traveled to many wonderful destinations together and look forward every day to traveling with our son or daughter. When we are not traveling, we are fortunate to experience the beautiful seasons New Hampshire has to offer. We enjoy boating and hiking in the summer as well as the beauty and activities of New England winters.

Our Home & Pets

Our home is full of love, dog toys, and laughter. We currently live in a condo as we wait for our new home to be built. Our new home is walking distance to the general store, library, lake, and many other activities. At home, we enjoy cooking and eating our meals together. We enjoy spending time on the deck with our Labrador, Macie, in the summer and cuddled near the fireplace during the evenings in the winter.

Our Extended Family

In our family, holidays are very important. The entire family gets together and celebrates all of them. Some of our favorite holiday traditions are Christmas Eve at Nana’s and Christmas morning at our parents’. Recently we have started a new tradition of cooking Thanksgiving dinner for our entire family. Brett secretly enjoys decorating the table more than he enjoys cooking; thankfully Sam handles the cooking!

Our extended family consists of an aunt and uncle and their two amazing daughters. We also have an aunt and uncle and their daughter. Sunday dinners with our parents and family are something we look forward to every week. We cannot wait to start building these traditions and memories with our son or daughter.

What Led Us To Adoption

When we first met, we knew family was number one. We have always talked about starting our family and sharing the love, memories, and values we experienced as children. As time went on, we accomplished so many things together. Although we have these accomplishments together, something is still missing. We want to have a son or daughter to share our lives with. We dream about school plays, sports, family vacations, birthday parties, and graduations. Adoption is the route for us to make these wonderful memories, share our immense love, and be the world’s best dads.
