We can only imagine the journey you’ve been on that led us to have this connection with you and the opportunity to get to know you better. We have been waiting for this moment to be parents for many years and know wholeheartedly that now is the right time. This is finally our opportunity to go from just uncles to fathers, and we are so excited for this next chapter in our lives!
When considering this decision, we know it is not easy for you and one you do not take lightly, nor do we take lightly what it means to be trusted to care for and raise your child. If chosen, we know we will be able to provide a loving and nurturing home and ensure that your child is raised with great values and morals. While there will certainly be challenging moments and not every day will be a walk in the park, we are both committed to learning and growing as well.
In the Brazilian culture, as Luis was raised, family is at the core of everything they do. Brian was brought up with very similar traditions, where family is the support system through good and bad and such an important part of our lives. Having the opportunity now to be able to choose to create our own family and blend those strong relationships means finally achieving one of our most important goals.
