We have a few promises we want to make to you if you choose us.
We promise to provide a home where your child will feel safe, loved, and free. We promise to raise your child with an empathetic, understanding parenting style. We promise to provide every opportunity possible to your child to be anyone they want to be in life. We promise to keep them laughing with all the “dad jokes” in the world. We promise to love your child unconditionally, telling them how loved they are by us and by you.
Your child will get to experience things in life some can only imagine. Disney will be in their backyard, and they can visit anytime they want. They can learn to surf in the Gulf of Mexico. They can become a professional athlete. They can attend any of the top colleges in the country. All of these possibilities are what we would be able to provide as parents. We met in 2015 in Texas working for the same company. We moved to Florida after only one year of dating, but we knew we were soulmates. We’ve been in Florida for seven years now and love the accessibility to activities. We enjoy going to the beach, to Disney, and to everything in between, especially if it involves trying new foods! We both think the other is the funniest person in the world. We keep each other laughing every day. We’re each successful in our own way in our jobs in Corporate America. Caitlyn is a senior program manager, and Lauren is a senior account manager. Lauren is learning to play guitar, and Caitlyn is working through topics of interest through MasterClass. We love to travel near and far, especially visiting friends and family in Texas, Denver, Chicago, and Atlanta.
We live in a four-bedroom home in a quiet suburb in Florida with a very close-knit group of neighbors and lots of children of varying ages. Your child would be able to grow up at the beach, visit Disney every weekend, and even attend a fine arts school if they chose to. We have three cats (Mya, Cora, and Luna) and three dogs (Roxie, Sadie, and Milee). All of them are so loving and cuddly and love to sunbathe on the patio. We enjoy spending time in the backyard swimming, grilling, and watching football.
Family is very important to both of us. Between the two of us, we have 18 cousins, two nephews, and two siblings. When we all get together, it’s quite the party! We have an amazing support system between not just our parents but Caitlyn’s brother’s in-laws. They are big supporters of us, and we have an incredible relationship with them. We truly are one giant supportive family.
Our favorite memories are when we get to spend time with our two nephews. Watching them grow up and experience new things has been a gift. We were able to be with our oldest nephew the first time he went to Disney, and we’ve created a tradition of going to Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party. Caitlyn has also started a pin collection with him.
Our families are spread across the country, so it makes visiting exciting because we get to do all sorts of different things together: sightseeing, creating new traditions, and exploring new places. The best part is, each trip is different and filled with new memories. We can’t wait to start new traditions within our growing family.
We want nothing more than to be parents. We are diving feet first into this journey with hearts wide open. We have friends and family who have adopted or who have been adopted, and being able to witness and learn how life changing it was for child and parent has been so moving and motivating in our own journey. We believe we can provide not only a safe home but a home full of love and laughter, where a child can truly be anyone they want to be.
