dear expectant mother

I am so honored and humbled you have chosen to look at my profile as a potential adoptive parent for your little one. I cannot imagine the overwhelming emotions you must be feeling while making such a tremendous decision. I admire your courage and your selflessness more than you know.

I would be lying if I said I haven’t experienced some anxiety and uncertainty as I prepare my life and my home for the possibility of a new baby, but I am overwhelmed with joy and gratitude at the thought of becoming a new momma. I promise you, if you choose me as the adoptive parent of your child, he or she will know how adored and cherished they are, and they will want for nothing.

I am so thankful for the opportunity to adopt a baby and become a mom, and I am relieved and grateful I may get to navigate the adoption process with you! I hope and pray that if you choose me for the honor of parenting your child, we will be able to connect and find peace in this process. I look forward to meeting you.

I hope and pray that if you choose me for the honor of parenting your child, we will be able to connect and find peace in this process.

About Me

Family and friends are my first priority because I believe meaningful relationships are what make life full and vibrant. One of my favorite things to do is spend time with my best friend and her three babies. Her middle child is my goddaughter. My faith in Jesus and spirituality are also very important to me and have made me who I am today. I also prioritize balancing work and my personal life. I love being outdoors, working in my yard and gardening. As a lawyer, I am a zealous advocate for victims, both children and adults. My job is to be a voice for them both in and out of the courtroom. I care about people and my community, and I love being able to serve them through my work.

My Home & Pets

I live in a small, rural town in North Texas. My house is in a quiet neighborhood with a big, fenced backyard with plenty of room to play. I have a dog, a cat, and two chickens! I am definitely an animal lover, and love being outside with them. My neighbors are friendly, and we have a very tight-knit community. The schools here are great, and I am surrounded by good families and friends who can’t wait to love on, play with, and support a new little one. We are close enough to the city to enjoy the best cultural experiences, food, and shopping. It’s a wonderful place to raise a family.

My Extended Family

My parents live about an hour away from me, and I visit often. They have a pool and hot tub in their backyard, and there is nothing better than a cookout, a football game, and good company! I love spending time with my sweet seven-year-old nephew, who is autistic. For holidays, family and friends who are like family join us for a yummy, home-cooked meal. Everyone is so excited to welcome a new little one to our crew!

I have remained close to my ex-husband’s 16-year-old daughter (from a previous relationship), who lives nearby. She is active in Future Farmers of America showing cows, and I attend as many shows as I can to watch her compete. She loves to come over for a movie night and sleepover and often goes with me to visit my family. She can’t wait to meet her new baby brother or sister!

I also spend a lot of time with my best friend and her three young children. Her three-year-old daughter is my godchild. I am at her house often, playing with the kids and helping her do whatever needs to be done. They also love coming over to see my animals!

What Led Me To Adoption

I’ve wanted to be a mom for years, but I also wanted a solid foundation in order to be able to provide the best life I could for a child. Now I have financial and professional security, and after much thought, prayer, and talking it over with trusted friends and family, I decided adoption was the right fit for me. I know there are so many women out there who make the decision to pursue adoption, and my dream is to provide a safe, loving home for a child. I am looking forward to starting my family and can’t wait to meet him or her. I am so excited to make a connection with an expectant mother and walk this adoption journey together!
