dear expectant mother

We know the journey you’re on to find the best option for you and your precious baby must be very difficult. We want you to know, should you choose to make our dreams of becoming fathers come true, your baby will have nothing but love and support throughout their life. We want you to know we will never shy away from talking about you when your child asks about the brave and loving mom who blessed us to love and raise them. We want to thank you for considering giving us the most amazing gift anyone could ever give us. We would be forever grateful to you.

We are looking forward to talking with you and having you get to know us to give you peace of mind that choosing us means your baby is in the best hands possible. It's difficult to put into words the feelings we have. What we keep coming back to is how you can give us the missing piece of our family and how grateful we are to be considered. Without you, our dreams of having a family would never come true. Without you, there would always be a part of our lives missing; your selfless act of adoption could make our lives whole.

We just want to thank you for considering us. We want you to know we are here for you through this journey, and you can reach out to us at any time. We also want to wish you nothing but happiness and positive things in your life journey after adoption.

We want you to know, should you choose to make our dreams of becoming fathers come true, your baby will have nothing but love and support throughout their life.

About Us

We both grew up in small country towns in Michigan. Our personalities were molded out of that Midwestern lifestyle. We enjoy fishing, camping, and all aspects of Mother Nature. We met in 2018 on a dating website, moved down to Texas in the fall of 2018 for Chase’s employment, and got married in July 2020. Chris is a diesel technician, and Chase is a law enforcement officer. Chris is easygoing with the biggest heart and has the patience to teach anyone when it comes to doing a hands-on project. Chase is a loving and supportive person. He is always there to put the family first and to make sure everyone is safe. We love to travel and try new experiences. One of the first desired big family trips together is Disney World. Our dream is to create a little family of our own and to have a small farm to call home.

Our Home & Pets

We live in a quiet neighborhood in Texas with our two dogs: Sampson, a Siberan husky, and Waylon, a black Lab. Our neighborhood is very family friendly with many young families in the area as well as being safe with many law enforcement officers residing here. Chris works for a local school district that is A rated with the Texas Education Agency and will give our child an amazing education. We are also a short drive to beaches as well as many family attractions, such as aquariums, zoos, and museums.

Our Extended Family

Our families consist of a bunch of very down-to-earth people. We both come from large families, which makes for a lot of great people to surround ourselves with. Chris is the youngest of nine, with a large age gap between the next closest sibling. Chris has many nieces and nephews who are all close in age to him, so it was like having a second set of siblings growing up. Chris is closest with one of his sisters and one of his nieces as well as his mom. His family loves to camp and have many memories of camping all together in Northern Michigan.

Chase is the middle child of four brothers and two sisters. He has many cousins, two nieces, and four nephews. Chase’s family is very close on both sides. His family enjoyed going up north to his grandparents’ house on his mother’s side in Northern Michigan throughout the spring and summer to enjoy the holidays and weekends on the lake with fishing, swimming, and boat rides. On Chase’s father’s side, they enjoyed going up north to the cabin in northern Michigan. They would sit around the campfire and take in the outdoors. They would sometimes bring their boat and go fishing and swimming on the local lakes.

What Led Us To Adoption

We both have always known we wanted to have a family of our own. We just were not exactly sure how we wanted to go about it. We decided last year to become foster parents and thought that would be a great way to get a taste of what being parents would be like as well as hoping to possibly adopt a child through fostering. After having a few children under our care, we decided two things: We definitely were ready to have a child, and being foster parents was definitely not for us. We became very attached to the children in our care, and it really tore us up to see them go. That is how we came to the final decision of adoption.
