Christopher & Frank
dear expectant mother
Dear Expectant Mom,
We write this letter with a joy in our hearts that only comes from hope. This process will hopefully end with us growing our family by ten tiny fingers and ten tiny toes. That growth is only because of the decision an expecting mother makes, one so difficult we cannot begin to comprehend it. We cannot imagine the process from your end as we will never have this decision to make. We respect you immensely and know this is an extremely difficult decision in your life.
Should you choose us, we promise to raise your child to be a good person, one who makes the world a better place. We promise to raise this child knowing his mother made the decision that let us do this. Should you bless us by making us fathers, we will love, cherish, support, and provide for your precious one every minute of every day.
We sincerely wish you the best in whatever you decide is right for your baby. While we hope that is us, that is purely because our hearts are open and ready to take this step.
Cheerfully,
Chris and Frankie

About Us
Frankie works hard as a registered nurse at a local hospital, currently in a Cardiac Intensive Care Unit. During COVID, he took precautions to an extreme in order to prevent bringing the disease home. Chris works in corporate accounting from home and won’t need to return to the office in the future. Our relationship description has always been “Shenanigans.” It is the word we’ve chosen to describe our activities, and we celebrate Shenanigan Day on October 25, the anniversary of our first date. We use this word because we do things differently than most. Even buying our house ended up with us becoming very close friends with our house sellers.
Our Extended Family
We grew up in Upstate New York. One of our favorite traditions as a couple has been cutting down our Christmas tree each year since we moved in together in 2015. Frankie’s family stopped celebrating the holiday when he was younger, and the look on his face each time we find the “perfect” tree cannot be replaced. We also began hosting a Friendsgiving after we bought our house. Chris does all the cooking, and we usually have forty people attend! Our family is a mix of biological and chosen family because family is what you make it. Everyone supports our desire to be dads.
