About Us

We're Cole and RJ, a pair who turned a quirky encounter into two decades of shared adventures. Along the way, our daughter, Molly Jean, joined us, shining brightly and now readying herself for the role of big sister. Our family is built on a foundation of hard work. We both worked before our early teens. Now Cole is mastering the arts of stay-at-home parenting and educational consulting, and RJ is navigating the challenges of leading a digital marketing agency with determination and creativity. Our home is our sanctuary with movie night marathons, kitchen dance-offs, and talks over dinner that might not solve world problems but always end with a good laugh. We want to share this life filled with love, laughter, and all of the organized chaos with another little one. Our journey has room for more memories, more joy, and, most importantly, another heart to love. Together, we're ready to welcome a new chapter filled with warmth, laughter, and the occasional unexpected adventure.

Our Home & Pets

We live in a neighborhood where Molly Jean can explore and lead the charge on adventures through the parks, splashing around in the pools, and dragging us out to science museums every chance she gets. Our home is a hub of warmth, with doors always open to friends we've known for decades and Molly Jean's pals from down the street. And then there's Finn, her furry companion, the most patient mutt you'll ever meet. Finn’s always ready for dress-up or to catch any snack that accidentally flies his way. This network of love and support stands ready to embrace another child, offering them a place in a family that values togetherness, tradition, and the joy of shared experiences.

Our Extended Family

Our family, a blend of relatives and chosen, forms a close-knit circle of love around Molly Jean. She's the heartbeat of a diverse family that treasures time together, whether through play dates, game nights, or moments of connection. This network of love and support stands ready to embrace another child, offering them a place in a family that values togetherness, tradition, and the joy of shared experiences.

Our Adoption Story

Our journey to becoming Molly Jean's parents began when we connected with her biological mother, who was just over six weeks pregnant. With three children of her own and a personal history of adoption, she faced the monumental decision to ensure Molly Jean had the best future possible. We were moved by her strength, sacrifice, and choice we could hardly fathom but deeply respected. This experience opened our eyes to the intense mix of stress, uncertainty, and boundless joy that accompanies the adoption journey. It was a profound period in our lives underscored by the anticipation of welcoming Molly Jean into our hearts. Molly Jean has been the greatest gift in our lives, illuminating every moment. Her boundless energy and spirit have only deepened our desire to share our love with another child.
