Family Type: Heterosexual Couple
State We live in: Arkansas

dear expectant mother

We want to say just how thankful we are that people like you exist in the world. Thank you for taking time out of your life to get to know us. To give something that’s precious and a part of you must be truly difficult. We feel you are an absolute hero for blessing others with the light of hope.

Hope is exactly what this adoption process has given us. A child would be a ray of light that will help brighten the next chapter of our lives. Our hope is that after learning about us, you will be reassured that we are the best choice for your child's future. We have worked our entire lives to build a home of love, trust, and peace. It would be our absolute honor to share that with your baby.

Our goal in raising a child is that one day he or she will grow into the very best person they can be. Your act of kindness is the very definition of generosity. We are humbled and thankful for you, and you will forever be in our hearts and prayers.

Best wishes,
Crysta and Dietrick

About Us

Hello, we are Crysta and Dietrick. We live in Arkansas and have both lived here about 20 years. We have been together for ten years. And excited to announce that we are newlyweds. We met at a mutual friend’s party, and we have been inseparable soulmates ever since. As a couple, we enjoy attending car shows and local comic events and occasionally vacationing to nearby cities. If we aren’t doing that, you can find us playing music and cooking together or bundled up on the couch cozy and watching movies. Crysta has been working in a classroom for ten years. And has recently been promoted as an Administrative Supervisor. Dietrick works as a customer service agent and subject matter expert. Together we battle school work, presentations, and house duties. We truly feel we exemplify the saying that “team work makes the dream work!”

Our Home

Shortly after getting married we moved into our forever home. We live right across the street from our towns Elementary, Middle, and High School. Hearing the laughter as the children play during recess from our front porch brings joy to our hearts. With just minutes from the Air Force Base we have access to the pond to watch the ducks swim or the golf course, neighborhood playgrounds, baseball field and skate park. We can get in our car and in ten minutes be at the local bowling alley or a restaurant. We are only about 25 minutes from downtown with great eating spots, outdoor activities, and a great view of the river.

Our Extended Family

Dietrick has a younger brother. They work on cars, go to the movies, and vacation together. These are times when Dietrick also gets to hang out with his niece, who is 12 years old.

Crysta has five sisters. four younger and one older. When they aren’t visiting from out of state and going out to eat with us, they FaceTime often to stay in touch. Crysta has five nieces and five nephews. When they visit, they get to hang out with us on the Air Base and see all the airplanes that are displayed.

One of our biggest family traditions is Sunday dinner at Dietrick’s mom's house. We love her cooking! We sit around watching movies or just enjoy the weather outside on the front porch together.

What Led Us To Adoption

Like many other couples, we have truly been excited about growing our family, but we’ve run into several challenges with fertility treatments and the expenses that come along with regular doctor visits. After four years of going to doctors, we both have been given a clean bill of health with no real answers to why we haven’t gotten pregnant. Adoption has always been something we both considered an extraordinary option, especially after seeing the great lives and families Crysta’s nieces and nephews were given after being adopted eight years ago.
