We are David and Pedro. We met online in 2015 and have been married for about five years. David is a CPA/accounting manager, and Pedro is a business owner/event designer—completely opposite fields, but that’s what makes us love each other more! David is very easygoing with a big heart, and Pedro is a loving and supportive person who puts his family and friends first. We love traveling and having new experiences together. David enjoys cooking, and Pedro enjoys cleaning—the perfect combination! We also enjoy hiking. Our dream is to create a little family of our own!
We live in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood in central Pennsylvania. Our neighbors are very friendly and include many young families, and we enjoy getting to know them. We live in a very good school district, and the school is only a few minutes away. We are also a short drive away from various parks, pools, amusement parks, and family attractions. We enjoy visiting many of the attractions in our neighborhood, such as local fairs, the cultural events in the downtown area, and nearby farmers markets.
We both come from large families, and both of our families are very loving and supportive of us. David is the oldest of four with two brothers and one sister, and he has a wonderful relationship with them. Pedro is the youngest of three and has a great relationship with his siblings and parents. He also has a special needs niece whom he loves like his child.
Both of our families frequently get together for family events and to spend quality time together as much as possible. Our families are so different, but we always come together to share amazing experiences together.
We always knew we wanted to adopt. Ever since we met and got married, we’ve wanted to expand our family. We weren’t sure how we wanted to go about it, but it was always in our hearts to become fathers. We are beyond excited to be here and can’t wait to become parents!
