Elisa & Kyle

Family Type: Heterosexual Couple
State We live in: Idaho

dear expectant mother

We respect the amount of courage, selflessness, and love that comes with the decision of considering adoption for your baby. Your strength is incredible, and you could give us the best gift in the world, the gift of raising your beautiful child. The biggest blessing in our world would be the blessing of growing our family.

We will always love, support, teach, protect, and cherish your child with never-ending patience and loving guidance throughout their life, if you choose us. We will be hands-on with teachings, and both of us will be thoroughly involved in mentoring throughout their education and growth. Your child will be loved every minute of every day, and your courage will always be in our hearts as we watch your child blossom. If you choose us, you will be choosing a loving home where we will respect you forever for giving us the gift of a family.

The biggest blessing in our world would be the blessing of growing our family.

About Us

Although we started dating eleven years ago, it feels like we just met. Every day together is an adventure filled with love, and the sparks have never left. Kyle is from Virginia, and Elisa is from Florida. We first met in Virginia, when Elisa called an HVAC company to fix the AC. Kyle was the service technician, and we experienced love at first sight. We chatted for hours and have never spent a day apart since we met. When you know, you know! We moved from Virginia to Idaho in 2016 for Elisa’s healthcare career and have been in awe of this gorgeous state. We married in 2019 in Jamaica with a small group of family and close friends to celebrate with. We love spending a majority of time outdoors, with some of our favorite hobbies being riding our horses on local mountain trails, camping, hiking, exploring new hot springs, and kayaking.

Our Home & Pets

We live in a small country town outside a city in Idaho and are surrounded by farms, hiking trails, and local shops. Our neighborhood has many parks and athletic sites for families. Besides gardening at home, we love hanging out under our willow tree reading or lounging on the backyard hammock. We have three indoor dogs (a 12-year-old Siberian husky named Rocco, an 8-year-old black Lab mix named Shadow, and a 9-month-old blue heeler puppy named Bella), one indoor cat named Cosmo, two outdoor barn cats named Jeff and Charlie, three goats, and two horses. We love animals so much and feel that raising children on a farm will be excellent for skill building and caring for animals. The saying that pets make a house a home fits at our house.

Our Extended Family

Kyle comes from a large family with three older sisters. Kyle and his sisters are very close and are almost a year apart each. Kyle’s parents, sisters, and nieces are all spread out between Texas, West Virginia, Virginia, and Pennsylvania. Sometimes we can't get everyone together on every holiday, so it's so fun splitting it up between our home and those of family in other states.

Elisa comes from a very small family, with parents in Florida and Texas. Elisa grew up very close to her cousins who live in Texas. For holidays, we all get both families mostly together and have fun splitting up gatherings between homes.

What Led Us To Adoption

We have always wanted to raise a family, with adoption in our hearts. We have had a bit of delay due to numerous miscarriages and a difficult battle with infertility. Due to both of our medical situations, we agreed adoption is the perfect start in growing our family. We had always planned on adopting and feel blessed to start this journey.
