dear expectant mother

A simple thank you doesn't even scratch the surface of how we feel that you are considering us to be your baby's parents. It’s a gut-wrenching and heart-bursting amount of gratitude we have for you and the potential decision you could make that will change our lives forever. You will forever hold a special place in our hearts. We hope that if we are chosen, we can teach your child that family isn’t always blood; it’s love, and deep, unconditional love ties us together and makes us family.

We cannot fathom the emotions you are going through as you contemplate this decision of adoption for your child, but we can promise to always share the beautiful adoption story the child has. We admire you for choosing adoption for your child as this shows bravery, courage, and selfless, abundant love.

We would be honored to be your baby's parents and will always love them as our own. We will raise them on the family farm, filling our days with tractor rides, nature walks, and loving the animals. We believe many life lessons are learned on the farm while raising livestock. Thank you for considering us as your child's parents.

Our Lifestyle

We are Noah, Emily, and Gracelynn, a family of three living in rural Washington. Our story began in 2014, we were engaged in December 2017, and this year we are joyfully celebrating our seventh wedding anniversary.

Noah is hardworking, thoughtful, and always ready for adventure. He enjoys restoring cars, fishing, and helping on the family farm. Professionally, he works locally as a diesel specialist, repairing and operating heavy equipment. Emily is a devoted stay-at-home mother and also works occasionally as an on-call Birth and Postpartum Doula. She loves baking and sewing, with a special passion for wedding and formal dress alterations—she finds joy in the unique details of each project.

Our daughter, Gracelynn, is a bright, kind, and curious four-year-old with a spunky personality. She loves exploring life on the farm and is thrilled about becoming a big sister.

As a family, we spend most of our days caring for our animals, camping, boating, or riding RZRs in the mountains. We love our life together and treasure the simple joys of both work and play.

Our Home & Neighborhood

Our home sits on 13 beautiful acres in a quiet rural community, backed by 200 acres of DNR land filled with farmland, trees, and a stunning view of the mountains. In our backyard, we enjoy a fire pit, swing set, garden, and a custom-built playhouse—perfect for family time outdoors.

The land also supports our family’s fourth-generation hog farm, where we raise about 45 pigs and provide organically grown pork to the local community. We also keep free-range chickens and ducks, though we don’t currently have any household pets.

Life here is peaceful, with neighbors just a country mile away who couldn’t be kinder. Our community is a small farming town where everyone knows each other, yet we’re only a short 30-minute drive from town, giving us the best of both worlds—quiet country living with easy access to everything we need.

Our Family & Friends

We are blessed with a very close-knit family and truly enjoy spending time together. Most of Noah’s relatives live within an hour of our home, which allows us to see them often. At family gatherings, we are fortunate to have five generations together—something we deeply treasure. Each month, we gather at his maternal grandparents’ home for a homemade meal and a fun family game night. We also spend time with Noah’s paternal side of the family, especially during camping season, where we share our love of camping and four-wheeling. Noah is one of four siblings, and we often get together with them for outings to the park, farmers market, local hikes, or boating adventures.

Emily is the youngest of four siblings and sees her siblings, nieces, and nephews weekly. Since all the cousins are under the age of six, playdates are a regular and joyful part of our lives. Emily’s extended family is large and lively, with annual camping trips where nearly everyone brings an RV; we usually plan two or three campouts each season. Her maternal side especially loves winter, gathering every New Year’s for a cousins’ day filled with sledding, snowmobiling, and homemade chili.

Family is at the heart of our lives, and we truly treasure every moment we get to spend together.

Our Adoption Story

Adoption has always been part of our story. Noah grew up with both biological and adopted siblings, and Emily was inspired by the experiences of her cousins and friends who were adopted. After years of fertility struggles, we felt called to close that chapter and open our hearts fully to adoption. The day we adopted our daughter, our lives were forever changed—she has been our greatest joy. Through prayer and reflection, we now feel that same tug on our hearts to adopt again. We are grateful for the chance to grow our family and look forward with excitement to welcoming another child through the incredible gift of adoption.
