About Us

We are so excited about the thought that we may be able to become parents soon! Jami is an insurance accountant who enjoys being silly. Playtime is a must in our house! Jami has a passion for helping those with food insecurity and enjoys reading and learning new things in her spare time. Aaron is a pilot in the Army and also a traveling salesman. He loves being outside and meeting new people. so he is really good at his job! Together we spend lots of time outside going for walks, climbing mountains, fishing, going to the beach, etc. Other times, staying in and hanging out with friends and family, playing games, and watching TV can be very fun too!

Our Home & Pets

We have a two-year-old Belgian malinois named Pachi. She is a cuddler and loves everyone she meets! She especially loves to play tug-of-war and is never short on energy! We just moved to a new home in an award winning school district. It is a 1.5 story with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a fenced in backyard. Our neighbors have all come to introduce themselves already and seem to be the type of people who we can easily build a community of camaraderie with. We believe this new home and this new community will be able to provide your child with a very safe and comfortable environment to grow up in, should you choose to proceed with us as a part of your adoption plan.

Our Extended Family

Jami’s mom, dad, older brother, and younger sister all live in Missouri, and we are very close with them. Aaron has an older brother. We have a nine-year-old nephew and a twelve-year-old niece. Aaron’s side of the family lives in Arkansas, so geographically, it is more difficult to stay connected with them but we visit for most holidays.

Outside of that, we have a very large group of ride-or-die friends we consider family. Several of these friends were inherited from childhood, but most were relationships that were created through police and military connections. Your baby would have “aunts” and “uncles” all across the United States should you choose to allow us the opportunity to raise them.

What Led Us To Adoption

Aaron has a heart for adoption because he was adopted. Since the very beginning, we always planned that we would have one biological child and one adopted child. After eight years of marriage, we agreed we were stable enough to try to put that plan in action. And that’s how we got here!
