First and most importantly, we would like to thank you for considering helping us fulfill our dream of being parents. The ache for a child has been with both of us for quite some time. We have established the beginnings of a family and are in a stable position to raise a happy and healthy baby. The reality of this huge milestone finally coming true brings us so much joy, and you could be the reason it’s happening. Truly, thank you.

With that said, we cannot begin to imagine the varying emotions you’ve felt on this journey, and we sympathize wholeheartedly, knowing you’re considering a tough choice. The best we can offer is the promise that we will raise your baby with as much love and affection as humanly possible and hopefully in a way that would make you proud. We’ve selected an open adoption because we want to raise our child with them knowing where they came from and, if you’re open to it, knowing you.

The future is an unpredictable place full of questions and uncertainty…which is, frankly, a little intimidating. But we find that our future feels more hopeful, joyful, and purposeful knowing we could get the honor of showing love and life to this child.
