Thank you for taking the time to learn about us and hopefully consider us to love, raise, and nurture your precious child. We know this decision doesn’t come easily, and we have the utmost respect for you and your unborn baby. Adoption isn’t an easy decision, and we are here to support you through the whole process at any level you’re comfortable with.

We want you to know we will do everything in our power to raise this child with values that will make you proud. Having a family has been a topic of conversation in our lives since we started dating, and knowing that we are now in the process of making that dream a reality is something we have never been more excited about. If you choose us, we plan to give this child the love they deserve as well as the support for their education and any hobbies they have an interest in. We promise to be the most supportive and caring parents, and we would love to be the parents of your child. Thank you for your consideration in this very difficult matter.

With love,
Ken and Leslie

About Us

We met in 2016 when we both worked together at the same company. We bonded over our love of being around friends and family, and that is how our relationship began. On a night out with mutual friends, we both felt the spark, and from there, we have been inseparable. In 2019 we moved to the East Coast, where we decided it was a good time for our family to begin. After getting married in December 2022 we knew we wanted to begin our adoption journey. Leslie is an HR manager and works for a small local distribution center. In her free time, she loves to crochet and read. Ken is a senior operations manager for a large Fortune 40 distribution center, where he manages a large team and loves every minute of it. Outside of work, Ken is an avid sports lover and has spent many summers coaching youth soccer and hopefully his own family in the future.

Our Home & Pets

We purchased our first home in a small town a short drive outside of the city. When buying, we found a comfortable pocket on a quiet street that has families in nearly every house. The area has perfect access to everything we need and plenty of short drives to visit all sorts of cities. We both grew up in small towns and wanted to give our child the same kind of life we had growing up. Our house can be a little boisterous at times since we have three corgis, Griffin, Dexter, and Blossom, and a very fat cat named Eevee, whom we adopted from a local shelter.

Our Extended Family

Family plays a huge role in our lives. Leslie’s family consists of her mom and dad, who have been married for 51 years, and a sister and her husband, who have a son and daughter. Leslie also has a brother, who is married to his wife of six years, and they have one son. Unfortunately, her grandparents have all passed on, but Leslie carries them in her heart daily.

Ken’s dad and mom have been married for 30 years. He has two sisters and a brother who keep things exciting. His older sister has a daughter we spoil whenever we can. Ken’s parents have recently retired and live in Ohio and are just as excited about the process as we are.

What Led Us To Adoption

When we moved to the East Coast, we decided it was time for us to start trying to have a family. We have tried to get pregnant naturally but, due to unfortunate medical issues, have had no luck. When we talked about starting a family, we talked through every option, including IVF, fostering, and adopting. We want nothing more than a family and are excited about adoption and loving, caring for, and providing for a child. That is what brought us to LifeLong Adoptions.
