Our Hobbies & Passions

Bill- I have been a proud member of USA Rink Hockey for over 30 years, a journey filled with passion and dedication. Throughout these years, I've received several accolades, which motivate me to keep pushing my limits. Rink hockey has taught me perseverance, teamwork, and resilience. It's more than a sport—it's a lifelong source of inspiration and growth. Through the years, I have played on five continents and in over 30 countries.

Lestine- I absolutely love line dancing—nothing beats twirling to catchy tunes and pretending I'm on a dance floor. Recently, I took up rink hockey, with Bill as my coach—yes, I'm skating around like a pro... or at least trying to!

Our passion is spending quality time together and with family. We cherish traveling and experiencing new adventures, from exploring ancient ruins to discovering hidden gems. These moments strengthen our bond and create unforgettable memories.

Our Home & Neighborhood

We have a lovely house with four bedrooms, providing plenty of space to grow and make memories. Our neighborhood is perfect for families, as it's nestled conveniently between two elementary schools—making school mornings a breeze!

Additionally, we're fortunate to have two parks within walking distance, ideal for outdoor fun, picnics, or just relaxing on a sunny day. It's a friendly, welcoming community where children can play freely and neighbors know each other well.

Our Family & Friends

Over the years, we've built a close-knit circle filled with tons of friends that we consider family (aunts, uncles, and cousins), creating a warm and loving environment that we cherish deeply.

Some of our favorite traditions include starting Thanksgiving morning with our annual Turkey Bowl—it's become a fun way to kick off the holiday. The week of Thanksgiving, we also make homemade sweet potato pie with Lestine's dad, which is always a special treat and a wonderful time to connect. On Christmas Eve, we gather for Game Night, filled with laughs and friendly competition, and on Christmas Day, we enjoy a cozy brunch together, celebrating the holiday with good food and great company.

These traditions mean a lot to us—they're about family, friendship, and creating memories that last.

Our Favorite Adventures

Our two favorites are Nanjing, China, and Barcelona, Spain, and both have offered unforgettable experiences. In Nanjing, we hiked the stunning Purple Mountain and explored the fascinating Confucius Temple—our first international trip making it extra special. Barcelona's vibrant nightlife and lively culture truly captivated us. Watching Lestine embrace the Mediterranean Sea was a beautiful moment, symbolizing the adventure and connection we've built together. These travels have taught us so much about teamwork, and we've loved seizing every opportunity to explore and enjoy life.
