Family Type: Lesbian
State we live in: Pennsylvania

dear expectant mother

We truly stand in awe of your selflessness and bravery. We know this must be a confusing and difficult time. We pray you are surrounded by love and support. It would be the greatest honor bestowed upon us to love and raise your child. We are so incredibly blessed, and our only wish is to share those blessings with your child. In your child's future with us is unconditional love, acceptance, peace, and, of course, DISNEY! We have waited our whole lives to be parents, for this exact moment in time, and we know now is the time for us to open our hearts and share all the love we have with your child.

Our home is filled with art, love, and music. Laughter is the song you can hear most often traveling through our walls. We absolutely live for the holidays! We cannot wait to share all of our crazy Christmas traditions. We have a big extended family with babies and children of all ages. With us, your child will grow up with every educational opportunity available to ensure they have every chance to become whatever they can dream.

We promise to always say, “I love you.” We promise to apologize when we are wrong and learn from our mistakes. We promise to always put your child's needs, wants, and desires above our own. We promise enormous amounts of travel, hugs, and giggles. But most of all, we promise love. Love is the only thing your child will ever know. We promise honesty and forgiveness. We promise a lifetime of learning, experiencing, and JOY. Always joy, always warmth, and always love.

We are so incredibly blessed, and our only wish is to share those blessings with your child. In your child's future with us is unconditional love, acceptance, peace, and, of course, DISNEY!

About Us

Lindsey is a regional human resources business partner, and Lo is a medical marijuana dispensary manager. Our love for each other carries us through every winding road we encounter. We are ridiculously in love and make each other laugh endlessly. Together we have found the peace and calm we have always longed for. We believe in being unapologetically truthful and making each other a priority. We are truly the love of entire lifetimes.

Our Home & Pets

We live in a charming red-brick home built in 1939. The beautiful stained glass in the living room and foyer are elegant but cozy. Our backyard is literally surrounded by a white picket fence with a giant tree with a tire swing and a ladder to climb its giant branches. There is a fenced dog run for Clyde and Bee, our two dogs. Our neighborhood is very friendly and filled with tiny reminders of why small towns still exist—neighbors helping neighbors without even asking.

Our Extended Family

We come from two very different parts of the country. Lo and her family were all born and raised in New Orleans, while Lindsey's family resides in Maryland. We have five nieces and two nephews, ranging from age 16 to newborn. There are too many cousins to count, but your child will grow up with lots of kids to play with at all times!

Our favorite tradition is Christmas together since Lo’s family comes to Pennsylvania every year. On Christmas Eve, we drive to Maryland to spend this special night all together. Since childhood, we have always had pizza on Christmas Eve, and then we would all wake up together to open presents from Santa Claus on Christmas morning, followed by a very special family movie outing. We have been blessed with a very large family, and it is very important for us to continue to grow our family and make new traditions while carrying on old ones.

Our parents have always been involved in our adult lives and are excited about the potential for more grandchildren. Our parents and extended family members are very excited about our upcoming adoption, and they are anxiously awaiting another little one in the family.

What Led Us To Adoption

We have always known we would be parents. Lo knew the moment she started as a camp counselor, and Lindsey knew the moment her very first niece was born. We tried three or four rounds of IUI, but nothing came of it. We knew this wasn't the end of our journey, but we decided to put parenthood on hold. We would talk about our ideal family, and it always included little ones; we know we were meant to be mothers. We decided to look into all options, including fostering, IVF, and adoption. After months of research, we knew adoption was the right path for us. We know in our hearts we are destined to be mothers, and we will be able to provide a wonderful, loving home with a lifetime of happiness and joy.
