Dear Friend,

We hope you aren’t feeling too overwhelmed. On top of everything you may be going through, you must be encountering so many people desperate for a baby. Sometimes their longing can feel like a lot. As you read this, please know we don’t mean to cause any distress or anxiety.

If you choose us to be your child’s family, we’d be comfortable with any level of contact you’d like for the future. If you’d prefer a closed adoption with no further correspondence, we support that. We’ll respect your wishes, and you can allow this to become part of your past. If you want a semi-open adoption with letters and photos, we support that. We’ll send you updates and pictures as often as you’d like. And if you’d prefer an open adoption with visits, we support that too. You, as well as your child, will be welcomed as part of our family. We’ll embrace you with open arms. That’s a decision so personal to you, and we would never presume to tell you what's best.
