dear expectant mother

Dear Expectant Mother,

We would like to thank you for considering us to raise your child. While we may not know what has led you to choose this path, we know it was not a decision made lightly. We respect and have the utmost gratification for the decision you are considering as this decision may allow our dreams to come true. We know the journey of adoption will be a difficult one, but we want you to know we will be there every step of the way.

If you choose us, we promise we will raise your child to be their true selves. We promise to take them on memorable adventures around the world that they will be able to share with friends and family. We promise to be their safe space for anything they may encounter in life, and together as a family, we will conquer any difficulties they may have.

We would like to thank you again for considering us. It would be the biggest honor to be chosen for the amazing gift of being fathers to your child. We are very excited to embark on this journey with you and to be there for you every step of the way.

With love and gratitude,
Marc and Nathan

It would be the biggest honor to be chosen for the amazing gift of being fathers to your child.

About Us

Marc was born and raised in Georgia, while Nathan was born and raised in West Virginia. We met online in 2017 and then at a local coffee shop. Our relationship flourished, and Marc proposed to Nathan in 2018. In 2020 we got married, and shortly after, we started our journey of building our first home. Throughout our relationship, we have shared our love of traveling. We try to plan a couple of trips each year, either just the two of us or with family and friends. Marc currently works as a nurse in neuro ICU, while Nathan is an operations manager for three different facilities. When we are home, we prefer a home-cooked meal with family and friends versus going out to eat; Nathan is the cook, and Marc is the baker.

Our Home & Pets

Shortly after we got married, we decided it was time for us to find a home of our own. We found a local builder and had the home of our dreams built in a family-friendly community. We have a three-bedroom, two-bathroom home with a large floor plan, perfect for allowing your child to grow, run, and play. We have two dogs; Oliver is a Pomchi, and Olivia is a shih-tzu. We also have two cats: Simba, an orange tabby, and McAllister, a long-haired black and white cat. All of our animals love when kids come to our home, we feel our pets and your child will be the best of friends.

Our Extended Family

We have a very large family who all love to be around children. Marc’s family all live within the state, with most living only 30-45 minutes from where we live. Nathan’s family lives in West Virginia and Ohio. We make multiple visits throughout the year to spend time with them all. Marc has one older sister, and Nathan has one younger sister. We have been best friends since birth with both of our siblings. Both of our families are very excited that we have decided to begin the journey of adoption. We both have two nieces and three nephews whom we love to spend time with.

What Led Us To Adoption

We have always wanted children but knew that as a gay couple, we couldn’t have children on our own. Over the years of our relationship, we looked at different avenues for us to have a child. Adoption was the perfect fit for us; we love the prospect of becoming dads this way. Our hope is that you feel confident we will give your child the love, support, and encouragement they need to be the best they can be.
