dear expectant mother

We have great respect and admiration for your very selfless act of considering adoption. We know this must have been a hard and difficult decision to make, but we promise to love and adore your baby from the moment you choose us and for the rest of their life. We promise to provide your child with a safe, nurturing, stable home where new experiences, getting an education, and having fun will be promoted.

We look forward to sharing our Christmas traditions, like decorating the trees and cookies and getting presents from Santa. We also can't wait to dye Easter eggs and hide Easter eggs and an Easter basket from the Easter bunny for your child. Besides holiday traditions, we can’t wait for the little things, like snuggling them, reading to them, or just taking them for a walk. When they get a little older, we look forward to taking them to the park, to the zoo, to play minigolf, to the movies, and to Disney World and other vacations.

We want you to know if you choose us, we will be forever grateful to you for giving us the greatest gift of our lives: the gift of parenthood. We would like to thank you for reading our profile, and we hope you choose us to be parents to your child.

With love,
Nicole and David

About Us

We are thrilled and looking forward to becoming parents. We met through online dating in 2017, and we got married in July of 2018. David works as a firefighter and was in the Air Force before that. Nicole is a homemaker who did clerical work in a doctor’s office and prior to that was a daycare teacher. We are caring and family-oriented people who love spending time with our family and friends, traveling to new places, and just enjoying life in general. Together, we enjoy going for walks in our neighborhood; playing minigolf; riding go-karts; going to zoos, festivals, and museums; watching movies; and going on vacation. We love our families, and we're excited to add to that family.

Our Home

We live in a nice two-story house with three bedrooms and a big backyard. Our neighborhood is a peaceful and friendly subdivision. We live in a good school district with two elementary schools near our house. We have a few parks near us, and one of the parks has bike trails, a splash pad, and an ice rink in the winter—great for lots of family fun! We also have an amusement center nearby with minigolf, go-karts, arcade games, and bowling. Sometimes it is just nice to take a walk in our neighborhood and see all the kids playing or going for walks with their parents. We look forward to welcoming your little one to our home and family.

Our Extended Family

We are both very close to our families. Our families include both our parents, grandparents, and David’s siblings as well as aunts, uncles, and cousins. We always make sure to see both our families for birthdays and holidays, creating lots of happy memories that we look forward to sharing with your child.

Holidays are big in our families. Christmas is our favorite holiday. We decorate our two Christmas trees, and we help Nicole’s mom decorate cut-out cookies. Our favorite tradition is the way we open presents. The youngest person passes out their presents to everyone, and then we open them in order from youngest to oldest which is nice, because then you get to see what each person receives. We really like Easter too because we invite both of our families to our house every year. We also enjoy celebrating each family member's birthday. We can’t wait to share all these traditions with your little one.

What Led Us To Adoption

We both knew when we found the person we wanted to marry, we would then be ready to have children. We started to try right after we got married, but unfortunately, we had some fertility issues. We tried IVF once, and that did not work for us. After getting over the sadness, we both realized we still wanted to be parents more than anything else in our lives. We talked about it and knew we could love a baby that was not biologically ours, and that is how we knew adoption was the right decision for us.
