dear expectant mother

Dear Expectant Mother,

We would love for you to consider us to raise your baby. We will make sure they are brought up with strong family values, and we will make sure they will never feel alone and will always be loved unconditionally. We would ensure that they will have positive, warmhearted influences at home while growing up.

We can teach them about gardening, and they will enjoy playing with others in a diverse community. We would be excited to share our explorations with them as we travel around the world with different adventures. As our family grows, so does our love and kindness for others, something that we hope your child will also come to learn and extend to their family someday.

Our house will be a nurturing place for your child to take a journey anywhere they want to go in their future careers. We hope the love for others and appreciation of family that has been taught to us will shine through to your child and make a difference for other people in the world.

We know we are meant to be parents, and we desire nothing more than to give a child an unconditionally loving, fun, and safe home.

-Philip & Douglas

About Us

Douglas has worked as a logistics driver and supervisor for the past 15 years in the same company. Philip has been employed with either the state or federal government for the past 15 years, working with multiple agencies. We are a couple who is very passionate about family values and wholesome morals. We are energetically involved in community service, both locally and nationally. We would love to share that trait of generosity, kindness, and love with your child. We are local mentors with our community center and also cofounders of a cultural center. It excites us when we are able to learn about diversity and community service.

Our Home

Our home is located in a very safe and prosperous area of the city. The school system has a four-star rating and many activities to participate in, like sports and learning centers. We are also members of several cultural societies locally as well as nationally. Our home has a miniature farm with twenty garden beds, chickens, and grapevines. Besides the playhouse in the backyard, we have access to over ten parks within a five-mile radius and two we can walk to. Our neighborhood has a watch group, and we look after each other like family.

Our Extended Family

We celebrate tons of global holidays. Every major holiday and birthday we celebrate with family at the grandparents’ house, where there is a full-course potluck meal. We also have weekly traditions, such as visiting the local donut shop and volunteering at the community center. Every spring we travel out West or to a new unexplored destination in an RV to see the wildlife and the blooming flowers.

We can’t wait to take our baby with us to explore magical places in the world to inspire and encourage their imagination. Our parents are excited to have their first grandchild to share all the family traditions with. Bringing our child to the community center to enlighten them with diversity and knowledge of other places will be a passion of ours. Everyone at the community center is like family, and they would be extremely thrilled to see another addition to our home. Our entire family is able to provide for your child in every way imaginable.

What Led Us To Adoption

Philip was adopted at four months old in the Philippines. We have seen the benefits of adopting from both viewpoints. It gives us hope and understanding from all angles. He has grown up with multiple positive family influences and role models. We know we are meant to be parents, and we desire nothing more than to give a child an unconditionally loving, fun, and safe home.
