As a same-sex married couple, we have always wanted kids and were not fortunate to have that gift. With this gift you can give us, we will truly cherish this life. Our personalities are very similar. We joke a lot and are very sweet. Rasheen talks a lot, while DeRonn is quiet at times. We are two very calm individuals who believe in living a simple life and being happy. We have been in the mortgage industry for the last two years, but we are both looking to pursue our dreams. DeRonn wants to be in the medical field as a respiratory therapist, and Rasheen is on the path to pursuing his dreams of getting back into insurance underwriting. We also just launched a notary business as well. We both have an interest in politics. DeRonn loves to build things, while Rasheen loves to analyze things and be able to understand and interpret individuals. We both love to help people.
Our home is located in Georgia. We live in a brand new development that was built in 2021. Our home sits on 1.46 acres of land with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Our area is known for being the city of films. We have a good school system that is top ranked in a variety of measures, including academic performance.
DeRonn is the youngest of three. His older sister is deceased due to health complications, and we have a very close relationship with his brother. DeRonn comes from a two-parent household where his parents are still married after 37 years. DeRonn is a loving uncle of three nephews and one niece we truly love and care for dearly. DeRonn comes from a large family that is very close knit. We love to have family gatherings two to three times a year, and we love to come together as a family for Thanksgiving.
Rasheen is the third of four siblings.Rasheen has an older brother and older sister currently in the Wisconsin/Chicago area and a younger sister who currently resides in the Washington, DC, area. We truly value our closest friends, which we call our family. We love to have get-togethers at each other's houses and love cooking on the grill and having great laughs as we catch up and play games with each other as a family.
We want to adopt for two reasons: Rasheen was adopted by his uncle when he was 11 due to his mother and father not being able to care for him. His mother and father had unconditional love for him because they looked outside of themselves to give him the life he deserved. DeRonn wants to have a child to give them unconditional love and support. We love kids, and we always picture ourselves being parents. Our friends and family always say we will make great parents.
