dear expectant mother

Dear Expectant Mother,

We would like to say thank you for considering us with this wonderful gift. We really do value the strength, trust, willingness, and generosity you have to go down this path. We will forever be grateful should you bless us with this life-changing gift. Our promise to you, ourselves, and a child is that we will be the best parents possible. Your child will be raised to know what a sacrifice you have made for them. While we would be their moms, you will always be their birthmom, and that is very important for us to let them know.

We both are extremely excited to welcome a child into our home. Our family and friends are just about as excited as we are. There definitely won’t be a dull moment in this child's life between school, sporting events, vacations, family fun, and much more. We hope we have given you a little bit of insight on the love we have for our future baby and hope you consider us in your search. Even if we are not chosen by you, we would still like to thank you for reading our profile. We are sure this journey isn’t an easy one, but we hope that if we are chosen, we will make this as smooth as possible.

Thank you!

We will forever be grateful should you bless us with this life-changing gift.

About Us

We both have careers that we love, and we luckily have found companies that have invested into us. We as a couple would be best described as opposites attracting. We balance each other out perfectly, and when one of us is having a bad day, we know how to brighten that person’s day. When we got married, everyone kept saying. “There was so much love in the air tonight. I have never seen anything like this at a wedding.” We both love traveling, spending time with our family and friends, going to sporting events, and helping others in need. We often volunteer or organize our own fundraiser for a person in need to help fight cancer.

Our Home & Pets

Our home is very warm and welcoming. It is the home people know they can always come to. A very big part of our house is our two small dogs, Mini and Dixie. We both got our dogs together over the years of dating and marriage. They are huge cuddle bugs and love when kids come over to play with them in the backyard! We live in a small suburb town outside of a city in Washington. Our house has three bedrooms and two and a half baths with a local park, play fields, and a lake within walking distance. We also live a block away from the local elementary school.

Our Extended Family

Sarah grew up with one brother and a large extended family. She was one of 18 grandkids and often the babysitter when needed. Haley grew up as an only child but had her cousins around all the time, as if they were her siblings. We both grew up in loving families where family always came first.

Both of our families are very involved in our lives! The moment we mentioned we were proceeding with adoption, both of our families were jumping up and down with joy and excitement. We spend our birthdays and all holidays with both families. We often take a lot of our vacations with our extended families as well. Our cousins will always be family, but they are more like our best friends. Both of our families join together on holidays and big events and become one big family. Our families are so excited to have another addition to the family, and we know our child will have the best extended family.

What Led Us To Adoption

Haley has always loved the idea of adoption, even before she met Sarah. We as a couple tried four IUI inseminations in early 2020, and we weren’t successful. When discussing with our doctor what the next step should be, the doctor suggested that we move to IFV. Instead of going through with IVF, we decided adoption would be the best way for us to proceed because both of us believe we don’t have to have a blood-related child in order to have a child. We believe we can give a child a great home no matter what.
