dear expectant mother

We must make difficult choices in life. I can only imagine how tough this decision is for you. The sacrifice you are considering is extremely brave. Considering me to love, raise, and nurture your baby is a selfless act. I admire you and the love you have for your baby.

It is my heart’s desire to be a mother. I have so much love in my heart and soul to give your baby. You would be allowing me the opportunity to not only love and parent your child but also care for, sow positive seeds, and surround your baby with protection.
If you choose me, your child will be surrounded by people who will pour into their life and ensure that your baby will be loved, supported, mentored, educated, and positioned to be a contributing member of society.

My beautiful and strong sister, I stand with you in solidarity. Your bravery is unlike any I have ever seen, and I ask that you never let anyone tell you otherwise for the decision you are making. My daily prayer for you is that God will give you comfort and peace with your possible decision to allow me to parent your precious gift. Thank you for taking the time to read my profile and the consideration to adopt your baby. I will be forever grateful to you!

With humble gratitude,
Shenna

About Me

I am a loving, caring, and positive person residing in a thriving Southern city. I have a progressive career in information technology for a large medical distribution company. My family is my rock. I love coming together on special days so we can catch up, laugh, and show our love for each other. I have a phenomenal circle of friends who have supported me throughout my life. My community of support is very strong, with a lot of love to give. I am very active in my church and community. I support my community by mentoring young women and men who are entering college and teach the elderly about technology. I enjoy cooking, playing the keyboard, watching sports, and learning new things on my computer. Most importantly, my faith and trust in God are my center.

My Home

I live in a beautiful neighborhood in the suburbs between two major Southern cities. My home is in a community where there is a lake with ducks and a park area for children. During the hot summer days, you often hear children running to the ice cream truck that drives through the community. On holidays, the community holds neighborhood events at the lake, with lots of children’s activities. In my area, there are several things to do, such as amusement parks, museums, and sporting events. I often drive to my hometown, which is more rural, with a lot of open space for your baby to run and play. Your baby and I will enjoy sitting on the porch and enjoying the beautiful, peaceful countryside.

My Extended Family

My immediate family consists of my father and mother, brother, and sister. I am the youngest in the family. My parents are my heart. They raised me with a high sense of servitude. My dad would always say, “It’s just nice to be nice.” During the holidays, we are always together. My mother and I are the primary cooks in the family. I am usually the one to establish the food menu for each holiday.

I have three beautiful nieces and nephews, four great-nephews, and an amazing goddaughter. I have a large extended family, and every year we come together at the annual family fish fry. The fish fry is always hosted at my aunt's house, who adopted my two cousins. This tradition has been in our family for over 30 years. My entire family is full of life and gratitude and fully supports my adoption journey.

What Led Me To Adoption

I have been able to accomplish most of my dreams and goals and have traveled the world. I have amazing family and friends, a thriving career, a beautiful home, and all of life’s necessities. Even with all those blessings, I am not completely fulfilled. I yearn to be a mother. I have so much love to give a child and the financial means. I have several close friends who are adopted. My aunt adopted my cousins, and she gave me advice I hold close to my heart: “If you want to be a mom, there is nothing better than having a child from your heart’s desire.” I realized that the way I am supposed to be a mother may manifest differently. This realization led me to adoption.
