Susan & Younes

Family Type: Heterosexual Couple
State we live in: Florida

dear expectant mother

Thank you for reading our letter and hopefully gaining a glimpse into our loving family. It is with great emotions that we write it and you receive it. We understand it is not an easy choice and that it’s not something you’ve taken lightly. We admire your love and courage in considering adoption for your baby.

We promise our home is filled with love and laughter. Our hope is that as you see and read about us and the life we’ve made with each other, you will start to feel some comfort in knowing that if you choose us, you will be choosing two loving people determined to give a child everything we have while also knowing that you helped us to fulfill our deepest dream of building a family. We feel strongly about raising children with love, kindness, courage, and strength. We would be honored and profoundly grateful to start this journey with you.

If you choose us, you will be choosing two loving people determined to give a child everything we have while also knowing that you helped us to fulfill our deepest dream of building a family.

About Us

Susan is very bubbly with an optimistic outlook on life. She is currently working in a very magical place as a barista. She loves meeting new people every day. In her spare time, she likes to sketch, play family games, build puzzles, and bake interesting cupcakes for parties. She is always looking for something to decorate or DIY projects. Younes is a commercial truck driver. He has always had an interest in politics and in everything that goes on around the world. Younes loves to go to the gym in his spare time and even spars with his kickboxing buddy at the local park. He also enjoys cooking and spent many years as a Sous Chef. We enjoy dressing up to visit our favorite theme parks and relive our honeymoon. We both love to spend time at the Beach and the local water parks. The Beach is our special place to get away to relax. We love spending time together and even go to get pedicures.

Our Home & Pets

We built our home in a nice, quiet little neighborhood in an area that’s still growing. All the public schools are grade A, with a new private school that just opened a few minutes down the road. We have lived here for more than ten years now and have grown to know and love our neighbors. Our community is beautiful, with lots of friendly families who come together to help each other, support the neighborhood watch, and look out for the little ones. There is a community playground where the kids go after school to play and ride their bikes around the block. It truly is a wonderful community.

Our Extended Family

We have a total of nine siblings and two nieces. We are both the oldest in our families. Each of our siblings are special and love to live life to the fullest, with many different careers. We have a brother in the Navy who is married to a vet tech, and they have two beautiful little girls. We love taking them to the park down the road, and Susan makes them Auntie’s famous homemade pancakes.

Our parents worked hard to help us build upon our dreams. We value all the relationships we have, including our best friends, who are more than family to us and who are also supporting us through this journey.

What Led Us To Adoption

We know there is a little angel out there who is meant to bring life to our home and is waiting for us to find them and complete our little family. We always knew we wanted to be parents, whether through natural birth or through adoption, like our beautifully blended family. As the years have gone by, the desire to have children has only grown stronger, and we long to hear the sweet little, pitter patter of tiny feet fill our home.
