dear expectant mother

Dear Expectant Mother,

We want to express our deepest gratitude for the incredible gift you would be giving us. If you chose us and we had the opportunity to welcome your child into our family, we would be truly honored and excited about the adoption journey ahead.

We understand this process is deeply personal and emotional, and we want you to know how much we admire your courage and selflessness. We are committed to providing a loving and supportive environment where your child will grow up knowing they are cherished and valued. Our home is filled with love, joy, and the promise of a bright future, and we can’t wait to share it with your little one.

The excitement we feel as we anticipate this new chapter in our lives is immense. If chosen, we are dedicated to ensuring that your child has every opportunity to thrive and become their best self. We would also be honored to keep you updated on their milestones and growth if that is something you would like. Please know that we hold you in the highest regard and are here to support you in any way we can during this process.

Thank you for your trust and for considering us to be part of your child’s life. Your strength and generosity are truly inspiring, and we promise to honor your gift with all our hearts.

Warmest regards,
Zach & Kevin

About Us

We’re Zach and Kevin living happily in Ohio. Zach grew up in Ohio and Kevin in Michigan, just across the border. We met in January 2021, got engaged in 2022, and married in August 2023. Zach works in product operations, and Kevin is an account manager. Both of us enjoy the flexibility of working from home as we prepare to expand our family. Our home is also shared with our cherished 12-year-old pup, Frank, whom Kevin has had since he was a puppy. We love exploring new spots in our city, playing board games, and spending time with family and friends. Our household is lively with sports enthusiasm—Zach supports OSU, while Kevin roots for Michigan. We have a passion for cooking and often host gatherings for our family and friends who live in town. We’re excited about the journey ahead and being able to share our lives with a new little one.

Our Home & Pets

We live in the central Ohio area with our beloved 12-year-old dog, Frank. He adds warmth and joy to our daily lives. We love to take him on long walks around the neighborhood multiple times a day. Our home is a short drive from popular spots like the zoo and aquarium, the conservatory, libraries, and many parks. We also love exploring the diverse dining scene and cultural events in our area. We look forward to our dream of expanding our family shortly and continuing to explore our city with our new bundle of joy.

Our Extended Family

We come from very different family traditions that shape our yearly routines. We each have immediate family that lives in the same city as us, making family gatherings frequent, lively, and full of energy.

Zach has a large, close-knit extended family, and we look forward to a cherished tradition every summer: a weeklong gathering at a lake house. The lake house becomes a hub of activity, where cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends reconnect, sharing stories and creating lasting memories. For Zach, this annual retreat is a cornerstone of his life, reinforcing the bonds with his extensive family and offering a chance to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Kevin’s extended family is much smaller, making their gatherings less frequent but no less significant. With fewer relatives, we make a concerted effort to see them as often as possible, often planning visits and get-togethers throughout the year. Each meeting is a treasured event filled with heartfelt connections and shared experiences. The smaller family means that every interaction is deeply meaningful, and we value the intimate moments whenever we come together.

What Led Us To Adoption

On our first date, we found ourselves discussing family dreams. We both shared our passion for kids and desire to start a family someday. With us having two nephews and four nieces combined, we both had the excitement to create our own family one day. Our mutual desire to have a family and shared values created a strong connection, making our first date feel like the beginning of something special.
