Kristie Stremel is a singer/songwriter and adoptive parent. She successfully adopted her son with LifeLong Adoptions last fall, and wrote a song to illustrate the diversity of modern families. She composed the song, "Love Makes a Family" for her son in an effort to explain the importance of family and to help celebrate the diversity in families.
